  If you are from a different state and u need zyrtec D or any of this allergy medicine, they dont take out of state license 😤 their system won't run out of state licenses. My allergies are so bad. I guess I keep driving, hopefully find a bigger chain pharmacy, and hope they take my license

  Great service, professional friendly staff. Went out of their way to fill a prescription sent in late by physician. Support local stores. Some differences from the big corporate pharmacies (hours open)

  Unfortunately I have to update my review. When Rite Aid went out of business, this was the place I found who told me they were able to get the exact brand of my medication I was previously getting. As my body is sensitive to other brands, I specifically have to have this kind. Without it, my health is in HUGE danger. They special ordered it and said they would keep it in stock just for me. Last time I picked up my refill, I was told they still had a bottle and a half left on the shelf. Today I tried to pick up my latest refill only to be given a completely different brand WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED OF THE CHANGE and to be told that they can’t order my brand so I should go somewhere else. They not only ignored the giant note that I have to have a certain kind, they also clearly gave my special stock to someone else and then tried to give me something that would basically be the equivalent of me not having working meds in my system anymore. Not only is this incompetent, it’s downright dangerous when we need a certain medication in order to live.

  I cannot believe I accidentally sent my prescriptions to a Pharmacy that closes at 5PM! Never again.

  Rude beyond belief! My scripts were called in at 9 am. Get there at 4:15 and they are not ready…not even started! They aren’t open on Saturdays anymore and closing at 4:30 today because “staffing shortage.” Maybe if the owner was t such an A******, he would have employees! Owner was belligerent and condescending that he didn’t get my order the way he wanted it. This is the LAST time I will use this pharmacy until ownership changes. John was a great guy. This owner should be embarrassed at the business he runs. Lots of excuses, no customer service!

  Please hire some help. I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes without an acknowledgment. I had to leave because we had dinner reservations. Not that long ago, this was a great little pharmacy.

  Months ago my dad used to go with script shop for years and then they got a new owner and not only did people quit but their customer service sucks. I went through the drive-thru and for 3-4 minutes nobody said anything not wait or nothing till I kept ringing the bell. Then get got snotty said I got 3 people in front of u wait 5 minutes so bad so horrible rude and never has anything ready whenever they say they will keep calling you but have nothing

  The shelves are empty looks like they’re going out of business. Nobody at the front counter nobody greeting anyone or helping anyone find anything (they don’t have anything anyway) waste of time, don’t come here

  Getting irritated when they don't have my meds. Get told by girl on the phone we have to order it and it won't be in until Monday. Well here is to hope for no problems over the weekend. If so I guess it's off to the er for meds.

  This place is on fire and rolling down hill. Don't trust them to have or bother to fill your medication. Just keep driving past to the next pharmacy.

  since the new people took over and the old ones ALL left the place is nowhere near worth going to anymore. phones never answered, refills take forever to get sad went there for years but i just switched to Brewster I'm done dealing with this nightmare place .Sure wish john was back: (

  I have no idea how a pharmacy can be in business and not answer the phone. The rude new owner informed me he had no help so could not answer the phone. I’ve been a customer here for years but now can’t get medication refill which I ordered a week ago. I’m trying to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy but must go without needed medication due to unprofessional rude person.

  Very disappointed in this pharmacy. We loved it until it got a new pharmacist. He's the only one ever working he won't pick up the phone I asked for a med to be filled and he was pushy about filling another one I wasn't in need for yet. This pharmacy is no longer a favorite.
