“We were stranded in North Canton, Ohio with a blown tire on our brand new Buick Encore GX on our way home to Elkhart, Indiana. We had gone to Marhofer Buick and said they could get the tire but didn’t and after 3 nights at the Hyatt Place Hotel and no tire I called Tire Source and spoke to Brandon and he found a tire for our car and had us back on the road by 1:45 pm. on Friday. He was so nice to work with and was willing to help my husband and myself. We appreciate everything you did.”

“Went to the shop to buy used tires for a vehicle that I did not intend to keep more than a few months. I wanted safe tread depth for a budget price. Their used inventory varies on supply and demand. On the day I stopped they had a low inventory - no matched sets of four or even two tires. The manager showed me a budget brand of new tires that were more than the used tires but about half the price of what I would pay at a big tire shop. I decided it was worth it to have new tires since one never knows the history of the used tires, which could be damaged from an accident, etc. They are a small operation but they work quickly and I am very happy with the result. One note: they do the work with floor jacks in the parking lot - there are no big hydraulic lifts in an enclosed garage - but they did well. They seem to focus on special wheels and rims but also sell tires.”
“I don’t leave reviews very often, but need to give credit where credit is due. These guys did an awesome job. Efficient, super helpful, great price. I will be recommending to anybody who needs tire related service. Plus, I am way happier giving my business to a locally owned operation rather than a giant retailer. “This tire shop is phenomenal! As a single woman, walking into a tire shop can be pretty intimidating. This shop is so unique, warm and inviting! From the movie theater room, the barber shop, the decor, its an experience in itself when you walk in. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I was losing pressure in my tires every couple days so I quickly stopped at a shop in town. They explained it was just from the cold weather. I left and went to Discount Tire Outlet to find a nail in one tire and screw in the other. I'm so grateful for their help and being so kind! Highly recommend. 5 STARS!”

He found the tires and assured me that I could them installed same day. “We had bought tires somewhere else, and they agreed to mount and balance them. They did that, and a few weeks later we had a little bit of a wobble so we took the car in to see what the issue was. We were fully prepared to pay for them to check them out. They took the tires off the car, checked the balances, and rotated them...and didn't charge us a cent! Also, there are snacks and massage chairs in the waiting room. It was a little surprising oasis. Will be back for future needs for sure!! ☺️”
