“The is the best veterinary clinic I have been to. The staff members are always so nice and the veterinarians are all very knowledgeable. They are so wonderful to my asthmatic cat, Duke. When my reactive dog was having a medical emergency they got her in same day and were so patient with her. Just recently I took in some feral kittens that I was sure wouldn't get an exam due to their lack of socialization, and somehow the vet and vet tech did the impossible. Kittens were NOT cooperative and ended up doing quite a number on both of their hands but they still got it done with such a positive attitude. I live 45 minutes away and pass by plenty of other places on my way here but I will always make the drive.”

“Brought my dog Pluto here to be seen. I called them on a Friday and they got him in by Monday. They are very friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The vet was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and provided many suggestions for on going treatment. We will be making this our permanent vet office for all Plutos needs.”

I am disabled and they were helpful to help my visits easy for me to handle. Its been 18 mos now that we lost Maddie. Dr Watters was very compassionate and loving making that very hard appointment easier. Thank you Dr Watters and staff.”

“I have to say they are he most compassionate amazing people ever, my cat was suffering and stopped eating, after multiple phone calls to multiple vet offices saying my cat wasn’t eating she was suffering they were the only ones who were able to get her in the same day ❤ she wasn’t doing so good and had to be put to sleep sadly but they were amazing and gave me alone time with her walked me through the process we’re so kind and gentle I will absolutely be going back ❤”
“Called as nonpatient wasn't happy to be stuck out with a dog and kid till they were ready but was happy they got me in on a day notice unfortunately they tried new allergy shot which was $74 that isn't working normal vet does steroid 2 a year works fast but this vet suggested new allergy shot”

“Kathy at the front is the main reason I keep coming back! Super helpful as well as the rest of the staff and very accommodating to my dog. Like many, my dog is my life & I feel comfortable leaving him in their hands - plus I know Kathy is always checking in on him.
The new staff & change seems to have gone well, place looks nice & clean. Dr P was also informative the first interaction I had & seems to genuinely care. Overall great place! Some slight higher prices with things but at the same time you pay for what ya get.
Don’t expect a Lamborghini service at a Mitsubishi dealer.”

“I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion shown to our family by the staff at the Stark County Veterinary Emergency Clinic. We rushed our wonderful dog, Hercules, in during a critical emergency, and from the moment we arrived, they treated both him and our family with such incredible care.
Unfortunately, we received the heartbreaking news that Hercules was not going to make it. During one of the hardest moments our family has ever experienced, the entire staff was compassionate, caring, patient, and understanding. They gave us the time we needed to get our whole family there so that everyone could say goodbye to our sweet boy. We never felt rushed, and Hercules was treated with so much gentleness and dignity in his final moments.
Losing such a beloved member of our family was absolutely devastating and was one of the worst days of our lives, but I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed Hercules and all of us that day and the days after. I truly cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for our sweet boy and our family. ❤️?”
