“I've been dealing with this store, and it's crew for a few years living, and working in the area-
they've always been good! They usually have a good team of people working who are knowledgeable with vehicles, and parts respectively. They're a little understaffed on occasion, increasing your 'in and out time' but even then, whoever is working does a good job at getting everyone taken care of!
I personally have had no hangups in regards to parts availability or order time.
Overall, it's a good store run by a good bunch of people!
Only complaint for corporate: Repave your parking lot, and fix the HVAC.”

The team was awesome and very kind. The work they did on my car's rear frame was great, and they even vacuumed the inside for me! I've had no issues with the repairs in the month since I've had it back.
My only critique, and the reason for the 4.5 and not a 5, was their communication was less than what I wanted. We had an issue with contacting my insurance company, and they didn't call me to update me that the repairs would take longer as a result. Other than that, completely satisfied with their services!”
