“This bank usually has very good CD rates, yet they refuse to publish them on their web site! They've lost business to other financial institutions as a result. Staff at Athens location can't explain this mystery.”

“Bank is ok for a bank but waiting on hold for over 15 to 20 minutes is ridiculous if you're going to put a person on hold it shouldn't be that long not even restaurants keep people on hold for that long”
