“Just have to share about a great experience with Blackburn. I bought a washer/dryer from them four years ago. I wanted the pedestals for storage, but they didn't fit into the laundry space. Now, I am moving to a new house. So I called Blackburn to find out if they could move the washer/dryer to the new place for me. And they still have the pedestals I couldn't use before! Today, two men from Blackburn arrived at my home, unhooked and removed the W/D, moved them to the new house, added the pedestals, and hooked everything up again! Wonderful customer service! Everyone was very helpful, and the guys who showed up to do the work were efficient and polite. Thanks Blackburn!”
