I use a disability cart. I have more trouble manoevering it in Kroger Nelsonville than any other store. One frustration is the amount of aisle-clogging merchandise I have to try to get around. The biggest difficulty, though, is the trouble just getting into the chute of the check-out. I have to back up, angle again, back up, angle again over and over, or go to the back of the store, find an aisle that aligns straight with a check-out, and use that. There is one wider chute, but--of course--it is often not attended. The store tries to crowd too much into its limited space. Mobility disabled customers are not well served by that.

It's a dirty Kroger, there's no getting by that. I shop here quite often and usually can find what I need. If you've never been here before then I'll be the bearer of bad news and tell you that it's a very small Kroger. Probably the size of a dollar general. They sell a little bit of everything. If you're local to the store and just getting a few things then it's cheaper to shop here but if you're stocking your entire fridge then just go to Athens or Logan. It's cheaper and cleaner and there's better selections. The bathrooms are what prompted this review, when I walked into the restroom there was literal p*** stuck to the toilet seat. You can tell it had been there a while, there was also pee all over the floor and the smell was far less than what you would expect to be acceptable for a public bathroom.

We recently moved to a different state and called Kroger Pharmacy to get our meds transferred to another pharmacy. I spoke to a lady named Ann and asked her to transfer our meds and she said no it would be easier on them if the other pharmacy to call them. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? WE HAD BEEN GETTING OUR MEDS FILLED THERE FOR ALMOST 11 YRS.
