My husband broke his card while deployed. And then it was also blocked. I couldn’t get anywhere with the Fraud department because my name wasn’t on the card. A lady there named Lisa went out of her way to call the fraud department herself and to get it taken care of so we could get my husband a new card ASAP . Couldn’t be more thankful and it reminds me why we chose to keep our home town bank accounts open ❤️

Tellers were rude. Debit card stuck in ATM went inside said they couldn't return card until a fax came from bank where card was ISSUED, MC rule. Went back in bc my card in visa was then told they was waiting for repair man is why they couldn't return it but not sure if he would make it before noon when they closed. I asked if they even called yet? "Yes ma'am we did" while my daughter was on the phone with netspend about the fax ANOTHER teller walked from behind the counter into an office and I overheard her CALLING THE DAMN REPAIRMAN. So rude lying tellers

I called to make a transaction at 11:50 on a Saturday before the bank closed. I was put on hold, and no-one picked up the phone again. The number automatically kicked me off. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Real easy bank to do your personal banking with and the staff are helpful and friendly.
