“I have worked with this small-excellent firm since 2016, when I decided to ditch self-preparation with H&R Block (I had started with Kiplinger's tax cut as my mom knew him) and highly recommend them.Especially helpful is Betty Carroll, who brings a wealth (she's rich) of experience to preparing my taxes. This review comes just after I filed yesterday after an extension for 2022.I have several sources of income and self-employment, so Betty's expertise with those extra areas is extremely helpful.I believe that their rates are fair, and even though it costs more than the (higher-end) tax prep software from Intuit / H&R Block it gives me peace of mind.”
“I dropped the ball , I admit it , I was in a complete and udder breakdown this evening, sent a DM to a friend with 2 questions to ensure I was doing my back taxes correctly. I am in awe of Janine. Not only did she answer my message after hours ( after 8 , she answered!!) she told me to give her a call. So I did , still thinking I just was asking a couple of questions, no no no that wasn't how Janine does business.
