Today I had wonderful experience in this branch. I have been debited 5$ every month in my Saving accounts as maintenance. I came to know this only after while. But the Manager in the branch was so welcoming to listen to problem and kindly explained what happened and resolved my issue and also made sure everything was OK after I was away from the branch. I highly appreciate the effort and customer satisfaction provided in this Chase branch kudos ? to the Manager and bank officers who work here.. all of them were had good smiling face and welcoming attitude towards all their customers. Highly appreciated

Zach Walker is the man! Super helpful setting me up with a new checking and savings account. Gave me tons of insight about my current credit situation and how to start increasing my score without overwhelming me. This was great guidance as a 22 year old where I’m just starting my professional career and taking on bigger financial responsibilities. Haven’t even been a client for a full day and already love the service at this bank!

Re-opened my bank account with these guys today and had the pleasure to work with Zachariah! Also, Alisha, the branch manager was super friendly. Good people that will bend over backwards to make you feel welcomed here and taken care of. I feel like I'm in goods hands. Thanks again guys!

Made an appointment online to meet with a personal banker. The staff was extremely friendly offered us a bottle water while we waited. We arrived a little early. Colton was fantastic at helping us open an account.

I have CALLED this location during business hours for THREE days straight with NO answer. There is not even a way to leave a message to call me back. This is NOT going to fly. Switching to Huntington asap.

Pretty good service for the most part. The tellers are really nice at the drive-up and the bankers are polite. Generally very helpful.Chase bank customer service overall is always great, and the coverage all over is awesome.The mortgage lender Charlie however was not a good experience. Kind of pushed me off like he didn't wanna help me... maybe thinking I wasn't qualified? Not sure, I went down to Huntington and got a better loan there anyways.Additionally they never answer their phones. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

To be honest I wouldn't even give one star they have hands down the worst customer service I ever had in my left went to the bank to cash my pay check and they said they can when asked y the women just looked at me said idk like really thats ur problem solving skills so I went right across the street to pnc guess what I don't even bank with them and they cashed my check not one problem thank you pnc the crazy part is its a chase check and I had to go to pnc

Been visiting for years and everyone is very friendly. Cindy who usually works the back desk is one of the nicest lady’s I’ve met in the banking industry. Wish they could still embroider cards in store, everything is now on the app.

Totally Understaffed. The only hours they have a personal banking staff here is 9-4:30 during the week. Not staffed on Saturdays
