Blatantly hostile checkout experience inside the pharmacy. Not. Cool.

Happy Pride to my fellow LGBTQ family! CVS has been an amazing experience while picking up my prescriptions! Every time has been smooth and worry free! They have exceeded my expectations and They do it with a smile!

Even though the staff is extremely helpful and kind, there just aren't enough of them accommodate the volume of customers that have accumulated. Was about to go through the drive-through to pick up a prescription when I realized the line was all the way out to the street so a circle the block and decided just to go in, which was just as bad as there was a line formed all the way from the back to the front. Sooooo back in the car make another circle trying to get the car off of the road so I can get in line for the drive-through.... 45 minutes later I have my prescription. The employee shortage has to be handled.

So much for an Oath of a pharmacist. Tried to just ask a question about allergy medication for a child under 2... was shooed away because you were stuffing your face. You sir... I hope you get replaced by a robot soon.

They are working harder to help pharmacy customers. This is a huge improvement in 6 months.

I feel so blessed living close to this CVS in New Albany. I first met Kevin, the lead pharmacist at CVS in Glove City. My Aunt and my Parents live there. I was always in CVS - trying to manage all of their prescriptions- thanks to Kevin, we got through very difficult times. After my Mom and Aunt passed, the need to be in CVS weekly became a thing of the pass.I was so surprised and please when Kevin came to NA ! He's a great pharmacist and really cares about his work, as does Brian his assistant. I only have praise for the job they do! Thank you both as well as your staff

I have been getting prescriptions filled here for over a year. I have been in the store as well as used the drive through, and I have never had anything except outstanding and friendly service. I highly recommend this CVS.

Efficient operation and pharmacists deliver on time and often early. Not sure these other negative reviews are warranted.

Multiple times I've been in here trying to get a prescription filled and every pharmacist I run into is extremely confrontational and ready to start an argument as fast as possible. I immediately transferred my prescriptions somewhere else. Terrible place.

I went to CVS with some friends on a Friday afternoon, and when we went in we had to leave are book bags near the cart area. My friend and I left are back packs and I left my violin beside the cash register door area though (Which was right by the carts). As we were checking out at the register some old man with a ponytail kicked my violin and my friend's and I bookbag about two feet away from where we had it first. He and his coworker started laughing and I didn't appreciate them laughing. I walked over to the back packs and talked to my friend and said,"Why did he kick my stuff?" He overheard and said it was in the way, even though it was beside the door but now I understand that was a fire hazard. I stared at the man confused and furious because he kicked my violin and our back packs and ai didn't appreciate him kicking my expensive violin. If something like this ever happens to you ask to see their manager, but hopefully something bad like that will never happen to you. Until then we will be going to friendly neighborhood Walgreens the store appreciates their customers.

Seriosuly rude, and over priced. Literally charging over $300 for my medication when I could go to Meijer and get it for $19? How is that legal? Never going to fill my meds at cvs. Over priced stealing money and rude people.

I'm so happy to be back to the Pataskala CVS. We moved further away but the pharmacies never measured up to this pharmacy. Everyone is nice, caring and respectful.
