“We went to Doran's today for the first day of u-pick strawberries. I liked that we were assigned a row to pick, and there were guides in the field that gave out advice and knowledge!Everyone was super nice! There were lots of goods to purchase on the way out such as veggies, sauces and jams, baked goods, ice-cold drinks, and more!”

“Love, love, love! I have my list of "go for" items, and, of course, the "aisle of shame" is always a must. Their Intermingle red blend wine is delicious and the price can't be beat ($7.99). I've yet to open the bonus size bottle of Merlot ($9.99) I purchased on my last visit, so time will tell. Aldi is a great place to buy unique home goods (as evidenced by THE mirror) and gifts for yourself or another. The staff are helpful and friendly too. It's just a fun, well priced store! GO!”

“I mainly shop their market, although I know many who come in the fall to pick their own apples. Earlier in the summer, they have pick your own berries (separate location) and soon their sunflower field will be open (also different location). Today I just stopped to get some fresh late summer produce. Tomatoes, peaches and melons are unrivaled.”

“Really cute fruit farm with tons of activities to do outdoors year round. I'd say their big attraction is their gigantic indoor market which boasts tons of gifts, lots of homegrown food and preserved (jams, jellies, salsas) foods, and even frozen options and pastries. They also have a really expansive apple patch which is pretty cute too. NOTE: Almost all activities are outdoor. Their market/barn area is "indoors", but they had all of the doors open for nice airflow. PROS: -Their farm market is impressive! It's huge - and has a gigantic variety of everything. It feels (honestly!) like an entire farm's market packed into a single building. We came for pumpkins and apples, but we could have easily picked up tons of various vegetables for meals that week. -Lynd's makes lots and lots of stuff. Salsas, jams, pickles, and tons of other homemade goods. It's really cute to see. -We've been here before, and we had an amazing time at their Sunflower Patch for pictures last year. The Sunflowers were beautiful, the owner was laid back, and the props were adorable for pictures. (Bee central, but to be expected!) Weirdly enough, I had zero idea that Lynd's had a market, pumpkin patch, or anything else when I went to the Sunflower patch. They're so far away from one another that I had zero idea until this year. -The apple and pumpkin field is GIGANTIC. If your goal is to get lost in apples and pumpkins (for fun or pictures), this is, for-sure, the place. I wish they had an option for entrance without apples - or even a tiny bag of apples. I don't think we eat, in a year, as many apples as their basic "picking" bag option was. Each apple type is nicely labeled, though, so if you have a preference, you can pick your faves. CONS: -This property is expansive AF, and most of the activities are located a (literal) drive away from each other. Apple cannon appeared to be across the highway road, and the pumpkin/apple patch was a five minute drive from the market itself. As long as you have a car, it's not a huge deal, but it's a bit less immersive to need to pile back into the car and get somewhat lost trying to find the thing. More signage (maybe an online map?) would help too. -Some people appear to make the walk from the market to the pumpkin/apple patches which are that 3 minute drive away. Unfortunately, there's no real "walking path" which means that they're walking down the car road - and it's a slow, slow drive while you wait for people to realize they need to move. The car's path through the patches is actually wiggly - I imagine they could put in a walking path that was pretty close of a Point A to Point B. -Getting the warm/fresh food/treats here didn't feel particularly fun. The lines were moving molasses-slow, and I didn't see anywhere to sit/snuggle and eat the treats. We waited the 15 minutes for a hot apple cider and walked around the market with it as a compromise. -Earlier close on the weeknights. With a 7PM close, we'll never get to see the cute sunset at the pumpkin patch here.”

“Great little farmers market close to home. Love earlier in the seasoning. The blackberries are the best I've ever had. Really good corn. Also I got the best honey crisp apples there I've ever tried. The strawberry jam is to die for. Wonderful staff!”

“I love this place. The workers are available/visible/helpful and polite and kind. The prices are the best, the layout is perfect, there's literally nothing to waste my time. The quarter for a cart mechanic is kind of played out but the rest of the deal is 100% perfect imo. I only shop at other places when something I want isn't available and that isn't often.”

“I started back shopping here like a year ago, it always had the different items and hard to find items I needed.I use to go to Aldi in Germany, It was a store that had alot of American items I liked. Now it has some of the German snacks I use to love. The best of both worlds.”

“Aldi's has come a long way! Hadn't been into any Aldi's location for many years but decided to stop into this Whitehall store one day a few weeks ago with my roommate (whom is a regular shopper) and was pleasantly surprised by their large selection of fresh fruit, cleaning supplies and random decorative household items (candles, flowers). This store was very clean and organized and I will be back! Cashier was friendly and quick making my check out pleasant.”

“DNO Produce is impressively dedicated to providing healthy fresh produce to children's school lunches across several states and to local retail outlets in the community. Their dedication. to quality and their mission is second to none. We got a chance to tour the facility recently and gained a new appreciation for how well they work with growers and distribution to get produce where it needs to go quickly and efficiently. Kudos to their amazing staff!”
