Have went here for over a year and usually got the same 2 or 3 women and they always did a great job. But in the last few months or so they have brought in some new faces and my simple fade, that I have always got, has gotten worse and worse. And this past time was almost catastrophic. Luckily, I had a buddy at worker who’s a barber and he was able to make it look much better. Won’t be going back sadly. Always was pleasantly surprised with the quality cuts I could get at a great clips. That’s not the case anymore.

I wouldn’t wish this haircut on my worst enemy. This is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. The lady was breathing on me while cutting my hair and she looked like she never cut hair before. Most barbers at this location are like this though. Absolutely terrible. I asked for an inch off the top and 8 on the sides and back. She buzzed down the sides and back and made it super short. She also cut like 3 inches off the top. My hair went from wavy and curly to short and flat. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE UGLY NEVER GO HERE!!!

If I could rate this a 0 I would!!! This has to be the absolute worst haircut of my life! I don’t know if the lady cutting my hair didn’t have here contacts in ir what but she clearly made it super uneven and didn’t correct properly even when i told her. I got a completely different haircut that what i requested. She should not be allowed to cut hair!!! She was also not paying attention to my hair and was chit chatting to her coworkers. This is not a real barbershop. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE IT IS VERY BAD!

Arrived a few minutes after online check-in on a weekday afternoon. Was in a chair within minutes. I usually cut at Sunbury, but had a coupon given to me for New Albany. I’m seriously leaning towards going to New Albany each time, waiting for the same stylist 😊. She was simply a perfectionist, giving me the best cut I can recently remember. The shop was totally welcoming, just as Sunbury always is. I always get good cuts at Sunbury, but this time was simply “the” cut I’ve wanted 👍🏻🥰

The stylist did not cut my hair with scissors only at finger length. In the process cut the top of my head. She ignored my “Clip notes”. This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of the chair. Unhappy.

Skyler takes her time & is very gentle with my thinning hair.
She is sympathetic to slowly appearing bald spots & cuts my hair to maximize coverage. Over the years she has become a trusted friend. I go to no one else!

Jeanette has been cutting my hair for years now and I wouldn’t even consider going to anyone else. It started off she would just cut my hair, now she cuts my two step sons, my colleague from work and if it’s up to me, anyone else I can recommend. She is the best!
