This location is still just badly managed. Ran in to get Creme Fraiche which isn't at Giant Eagle. I knew it was at Kroger as I checked on line. Now creme faiche is not cheese. It is two ingredients....the product of heavy cream and buttermilk. It's like sweeter, thicker sour cream. It should be by the sour cream or yogurt. So after walking down the milk area, then the sour cream area... I went to the vegan area... why, I don't know,as it is definitely NOT vegan but I thought maybe they put it in the adjacent ethnic area due to the french name. I get to that part if the store. Stand behind a man in grey for about a minute who is talking to the acting manager, who is waiving her hands in the area repetitively telling some story (which sounded like complaining) and some other (assist manager?) who is, no joke... sitting on the case, his butt touching the products. They are so engrossed in complaining they do not notice a customer is there wanting to see what is in that part of the case he is sitting on. I decide to make myself known by video taping them. Then they notice. Well, they didn't know what creme fraiche was, nor did they know where it would be. We all went to the sour cream which I already knew was void of creme fraiche. They were about to say they didn't have it when I showed them a picture of it from their own website. That jogged their memory. Apparently Kroger thinks this is cheese and it lives in the gourmet cheese section. Who would of ever thought it would be with goat cheese. As far as the meeting that shouldnof been in their office but rather was litterly on the dairy case with someone sitting on open cases with ones tushy either on the product or millimeters from it, in front of a manager who is allowing this, ignoring their surroundings so much they don't see a customer waiting to look at the items behind the man who thinks this is a park bench.... This is exactly why I tend to not shop at this Kroger.

The lady that attends to the gas station is an absolute nightmare. I will not be going back.

Continued price increases even after inflation has gone down Filthy floors, shelves, and carts Lack of parking, huge potholes, and failure to shovel lot after heavy snow Products past expiration dates still sitting on shelves Sale promotions requiring a customer to buy 5 or more in order to get the sale price. This type of sales promotion benefits only the first few customers to shop that day as they are forced to deplete the supply thus leaving no product for the following customers. Digital coupons are even worse as they require the customer to log on to the Kroger app on their cell phones while shopping. And lastly, carding customers in their 60's and 70's in order to purchase a bottle of wine with groceries. Really?

About once a month or so, I wont't receive an item that I pay for. This week it was chicken breasts and another time it was a starbucks gift card. So ridiculous.

This is a great location. The store is very organized, the staff is nice and they have great deals from produce to meat.

Horrible Pharmacy staff. They are rude, there is always a mix up with my medicine. Tech misinformed me about my meds , when I called to file a complaint the supervisor scolded me instead of taking advice and speaking to her tech.

NEW Let's start by saying this negative review is WAY past due as I have experienced TIME after time total disregard for the customer. On 8-12-22 at 9:10 pm my sale price beer rang up incorrect, I was told to run back and get a picture of the signage stating the sale price, returned only for him to look at it and say we can't adjust alcohol once it's rung up. I ask if he could call the manager to do it, he said they're going to tell you the same thing. In my head I'm thinking, then why did you make me run all the way to the back of the store to get proof? I nicely informed the employee I would be writing a review. I don't know how anyone else feels but, my eyes it is a form of dishonesty, disregard, and stealing money ( regardless of price ) from the consumer. The gentleman next to me spoke up and said " I heard all that, would you like help writing your review ". Here's the kicker, when I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed not only did I not get the sales price, I was charged more than the original price?!?!? Really Krogers? It's upsetting that now I will have to drive out of my way to get my groceries because I will no longer be treated with this disrespect. if corporate happens to read this review perhaps you could integrate integrity into your training manual. But like they say, this is how the rich get richer, and the poor get poor. Goodbye Kroger's, hello giant eagle.

It's a normal Kroger. I'm writing a review just because I thought it was interesting that there were so many products on the floor. Not on the shelves. I mean on the floor. On purpose. There just seemed to be too much items and not enough room on the shelves so the staff just towered them next to the shelves on the floor. I was glad I didn't have a cart and was just picking up two items.

We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)

Used to be a great place to go to! Now, ever since the renovation, the employees there just seem to not want to be there at all and are always treating you like you’re dumb. I went to purchase a flower arrangement where the associate “Saundra” didn’t bother to help or offer to help but yet another woman walked around the roses, she immediately offered to help. I went ahead and got different types of flowers to create my own arrangement and went I proceeded for checkout, I had to get the attention of Saundra as she was on the back “cutting” the new delivery. She seemed bothered that I even asked her to checkout my items. I stated that I wanted this to be made into an arrangement and she went and said, “well that’s gonna be a $3 upcharge and I don’t think you want to pay that.” What do you mean by that Saundra? Just because I’m not dressed up or are a “woman” doesn’t mean I have good sense of what I want or what I can afford to pay. What a joke.Probably will start heading to Giant Eagle across New Albany Rd.

I'm extremely disappointed to even be taking the time to share a few recent experiences here. I live behind this location so to say I'm in here on a daily basis would be an understatement. Literally have went in without my wallet (not once) and trusted to leave with merchandise, only to come back 5 minutes later and pay my bill. So to share this saddens me. 1/23/20-1/24/20-I'm a smOker. My wallet was stolen a few days prior. These people know me by fIrst name, two know my Kroger ID by hearT. Two different occasions I go in to by cigs and expLain I don't have mYY physical licEnse but I do have a pic on my phone. No problem. Off I went. Last night "Alex" wouldn't do it. Said he has to have a physical copy for cameras. I'm 40 years old. He refused. Just a mAjor inconvenience. 1/15/20-1/25-20-My son goes bananas using my debit card on his Xbox so I purchased a "green dot" card so I can load money in it for him to use. Once it's gone, it's gone. "Tonja", a MGR here has been working customer service the last fEw times I've beEn in to do it, every time she does something wrong and gets angry with me cause they have to do some lengthy process oN theiR end to correct problem. Every time, a kinder MGR has stepppeD in like today and voila! Done. No problem. I went in tonight, saw shEs woRRking and told "Alex" I'd come back tomorrow. Head people at Kroger. SHape up or you'll lose this family. We spend $1600/month there to feed this fammily. I won't keep continuing to do business where a few people continue to treaT me like CRAP!

In a great neighborhood, but the workers here are incredibly rude. I remember asking for paper bag, to save the environment, and the worker stuffed everything and into 1 bag (I had about 10 normal size snack boxes) and the bag fell apart. I asked if he could re bag into multiple bags so this wouldn't happen again. The kid did so and once I walked away, I heard a "F**k off" mumbled from him. His name was like Kaden or Kevin or something so if a store representative is reading, shame on your worker.

I visited this Kroger's at Approximately 8:30 am this morning July 23rd 2019* I always get a greeting and excellent customer service from the staff here * What really set my experience into a sky rocketing Wow was a few things that should gain recognition throughout the company * One was the awesome way that the produce department displayed their items* They cut open one of the items in each section & covered it in see through wrap so the customer would no exactly what they would be eating after purchase (fresh) * Honestly I went in for water and bananas but the way the produce was displayed made me want to purchase more * So I grabbed a couple of bags an began to shop a number of produce sections * The produce manager Travis greeted me with a smile but the thing that most made me feel welcome was the way he treated his employees* I observed his interaction while an employee asked him a question * He treated his employee with the same compassion that he greeted the customer with * I could tell that he has a passion for the business and it's this type of passion that will help drive the business into increased sales* The produce displays looked clean, fresh and ready for me the customer* I really think that Travis should get some recognition for having the kind of personality that his staff can mirror through appreciation * I would also like for his staff to be recognized for displaying every item they touch as if they were going to purchase them for themselves * People that want to do things right doesn't just stop in the store * They are the kind of people you want in your community * I don't always write reviews because I am a hard person to impress* Well Kroger's at New Albany you impressed me * Thank you all for a fantastic morning * B.K Landers (A Great Remodel To *****)

Awful! Remodel doesn't solve corporate aloofness. Horrendous company that has never been customer minded! Blockades in main aisles to promote "stuff" and at then end of each aisle it's like a sphincter, more "promotions" and buggies CANNOT navigate easily! Clear the junk so we can shop and source quality vendors. Two minuscule pieces of red cabbage in 9.5 ounces! What ajon

I had to return something to this Kroger and the staff was knowledable and friendly. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. While at check out, I noticed that the produce I had chosen was not as it should be, and rather than just put it aside, a young many volunteered to go get me another package while I finished checking out. When I started to leave without one of my bags, another young employee made sure I took it. They were all wonderful to work with. Good hiring, good training, good kids working hard!!!
