If you go during the week, be prepared for one register to be open all the others closed. If you’re not going to do self check out, you’re going to be standing in line watching everything in your basket thaw out. Also be prepared to bag your own groceries making it impossible to monitor the charges. Meanwhile, three or four people just standing around.
This Kroger store relies too heavily on self check out.
This store needs new management instead of older folks that have no ambition and obviously just putting in the hours till it’s time to go home! This Kroger needs management that want to improve customer service and are always on the look for ways to do things better!

This Kroger needs to be updated and cleaned. The bathrooms are horrendous, with sticky floors that smell bad. The carts are really old and usually have issues. Also the parking lot is a disaster (needs to be bigger or something, it’s always crazy). For a store in New Albany, I expect something better

Every time I go to try to get my favorite frozen food items they are out of stock. I always try to get my Stouffer‘s macaroni and beef and birds eye rice and vegetables chicken flavored. They are always wiped out in frozen food. Why can’t they keep the frozen food section stocked? Not enough people working ?

Today I went in and customer service refused to help me. I bought 6 bottles of wine and she refused to give me the 10% discount shown for buying 6 bottles. She was very rude and would not even let me show her the bottles I was trying to purchase. She just kept yelling that she was not going to lose her job from behind the customer desk. Even the wine rep tried to explain that all of the bottles of wine were applicable with the case discount. I have never been treated that way. The absolute refusal to even come over and look was incredible. I went to giant eagle and purchased the same bottles and received the 10% discount.. and with much better customer service. I am so terribly disappointed with how I was treated here by this customer service rep. To be fair the cashier and wine rep were very kind throughout the whole situation.

Not a great selection of stuff. The AI self checkout is a nightmare to use as it flags up everything as “stealing” and alerts an employee. I couldn’t scan more than 2 items consecutively without the machine locking me out and an employee has to come over and watch a replay like it’s a football match. This wasn’t just happening for me but for all the other self checkouts. There was only one employee in the whole checkout area and none of the regular lanes were open. Hire more staff instead of using janky robots and half baked AI

Tags are frequently not correct, and the checkout process is pure hell. The self checkouts with belts are a complete bottle neck. Please just give us three self checkouts back.

Recently had knee surgery and need an electric cart. Arrived at 7:45 in the morning. None of the electric carts were charged. Giant Eagle just got my business.

Did not enjoy having to use self checkout at 6:30 in the morning because there were no cashiers . Absolutely ridiculous. Im not an employee .
