Was stuck with no breaks in Gahanna n the guys hooked me up. Drove 225 miles n realized that caliper n router was bad n Two wonderful guys from the Youngstown Midas drove all the way to my house all most in West Virginia at 9 am and fixed the problem for me with a smile!! Thank you Midas!!

Definitely lost me and my family as customers today. I have always had the most courteous and quality service at other Midas stores and even here. But the way today's manager blew me off, was insulting and demeaning. He walked into the reception area from the workshop after hearing from his desk help, who I was working with , and without asking anything told me to go home and read the warranty on my paperwork.

Midas came to my rescue after other shops had failed. My car wasn't able to be repaired but they helped me with that too all of them were amazing and so respectful. Thank you and I know now not every auto shop is the same and I will never use anyone else again#midas forever

I had a hole in mid pipe, Brent patched it up and got me back on the road till I can order another one and didn't charge me for the repair.

I went here for them to inspect a scraping sound coming from one of my front tires. I only had to wait about 45 minutes, and to my amazement, they solved the problem and didn't even charge me anything. Zero dollars. Apparently the problem was minor enough to be free. No auto shop I've been to beforehand ever did anything for free. So for fast service that was friendly (and free in my case), definitely would recommend.

TOP NOTCH. I Have followed Zack's career with Midas for years due to excellent above and beyond customer service & his extensive auto knowledge. He takes care of you, your car, and once you give this guy a chance, you will never go anywhere else. I must also give Ben a shout out here as well... They identified an issue that had myself and The dealer stumped, and as usual TOP NOTCH services provided. I cannot thank them enough. TRULY LIFESAVING ?
