Dr.Fate is amazing. He sees the entire family and has been our doctor for years.That said: Without our super awesome doctor there, we’d be out… Agree with some of the other reviewers about the office staff can be less than welcoming at times.

I'm not sure why they even have a nurse line. I called and they told me that there was no guarantee that the Dr. would even call me back... 8 hours later I am still waiting.

I am extremely disappointed in the responsiveness of this office. I have been waiting for blood work results now for 5 days. I have called, sent messages and so far have not received a response. Not to mention the subpar in office experience that my daughter received last week when she was in the office.
