And, the contract staff seemed like a part of the Nth "family" as they were also respectable of our space and delivered great results -- from the custom glass shower door (thanks glass team for making the door fit into our unique space), to the floor guy and the painter (who spent a ton of time making the walls, baseboards and molding sparkle).
