Save your time and money and DO NOT BOOK OR STAY IN THIS HOTEL!When I got to my room, there was dust and dirt everywhere, the tv stand and most horizontal surfaces were sticky, the refrigerator was dirty and had what looked like blood in it. The TV didn’t work, and on top of all of that, there were roaches running around everywhere! I spent about an hour in the room before I saw the roaches and grabbed my bag and left. I told the front desk about it and they told me that I wouldn’t get a refund because I pre-paid for my one day stay. So once again, do not stay at RedRoof Inn or any hotel affiliated with them, unless you’re into having bugs crawling on you while you stare at a busted TV.

BEWARE WATCH your Redi reward points. Stay 2 get 1 free. Year after year these points are flawed. Once again this year. I'll update this post IF THIS GETS CORRECTED. I just feel for everybody who doesn't pay attention. Thinking that they're getting what is offered. Class action wouldn't even punished this company enough for what i've been seeing & experiencing.over the years. Just remember it's not take away your previous points before you sign up for stay 2 get one night free ect.

The red roof inn in Anderson SC gave us bad service first of all they got false advertisements then they gave us a half clean room they left trash and a broken razor blade around the toliet then they lied about how much the deposit when I called they said 40 but when I got there it went up to 50 then they tried to charge a pet fee even though we put the dog in the car with the window down cause we didn't have the pet fee and they took 25 out of the deposit just because the dog was on the property then on the sign in the front it says the pets are free but when asked about it they talking it's only for service pets then why not update your sign like make it make sense I will never come back there then have the nerve to charge that much but have on 1 battery in the remote paint peeling off the walls black mold in the showers and ceilings then the internet barely work

The room was nasty. There was hair on the suppose to be clean towels. The television wasn’t working and there was a roach climbing on the wall. I contacted Redroof in over the phone and with an email and nothing has need said to me. I do believe I deserve to be compensated for my stay or at least one night. I will definitely be letting people know never to stay at any Redroof Inn!!!!

The Red roof inn in Henrietta New York is absolutely horrid!! The dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. This place is disgusting. The toilet doesn't work, the sheets are dirty, the rooms smells so bad like sewage. The manager did not care. She said she was going to change the sheets but did not move from her chair.

Some of the employees. But mostly rude. One employeewas so disgusting to me and was treating me like a warden and a prison only allowing what she thought I needed I had a family x4 and she would only allow me towels two at a time and that it was advised to use the towels and share towels I have stayed at other red roofs and had a pleasantexperience I WOLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN THE BEDS ARE AWEFUL BARELY A TWIN FOR ADULTS I COULD NOT SLEEP DUE TO THE TWIN BEDS TO SHARE WITH MY HUSBAND WHO IS SUPER TALL . ALWAYS SAW FRONT DESK ON THE PHONE ONE NIGHT I WALKED IN TO THE FRONT DESK AND THE FRONT DESK DISHUSTING PRISON WARDEN HAD A FRIEND COME IN I AND I WATCHED SO MANY OF THE JUST HANGING AROUND HAVING THEIR BEST LIFE DOING NOTHING . IM DUSGUSTED I REALLY HOPE ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE LOOK SO WHERE ELSE. MAID SERVICE NECER CANE BY TO SWITCH SHEETS IR AT LEAST KNOCK AND ASK I ALWAYS HAD TO GO TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM WHERE THEY ATTEND ANT ALWAYS LOOKED PISSED BC I WAS BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS BACK TO GET CLEAN ONES. DOHER HAIR . S nice others were smoking weed between the airways to stairs laundry room attendant left post

The door didn’t locked from the outside wasn’t able to secure my belongings inside the hotel roomNo front desk attendant for 2 days of stay wasn’t given my deposit they stole my deposit window was broken and busted was the worse I ever seenBathroom had a gapping hole in itI was in a two vehicle and only one bed had pillows the other did notBeware go some where else

My husband and I had an atrocious stay at a Red Roof location in Battlr Creek, MI.Manager there was incredibly rude and unwilling to listen to a single word I had to say.I attempted to file a formal complaint against this location and manager and I got 0 help. I was told I'd hear within 48 hours from a guest relations worker. I got an email basically saying I was on my own and had to call the management at the location myself.When that didn't work (as the manager again wouldn't let me speak at all) I attempted to call guest relations again to follow up and kept getting hung up on.-100/10 would NOT recommend Red Roof Inn (or any of their other affiliations) to anyone ever.Scummy and awful.

I checked out 3 hrs after I checked in. The parking lot and many rooms were filled with homeless people. I did not feel safe- chain lock missing from the door "we dont use those" as told by the front desk. Feared for my safety and that of my car. Would never stay in one of these again. Is was refused any compensation even though I did not stay in my room but a few hours. Sitting on the edge of my chair observing the comings and goings in the parking lot. Terrible

This company gave me very very bad service. A property associated with them in Denver was like a crack house. Hometowne suites in Glendale. I left 10 minutes after checking in. When I contacted Red Roof to get a refund they sent me a boilerplate response saying there was nothing to be done and that my dossier was officially closed. They totally washed their hands of the situation. They. Couldn't. Care. Less.I thought they had to some kind of standards. Apparently not.

RRI in Phoenix has presented a rather comfortable clean safe stay which will ultimately be my next choice when I require a place to layover and the price is reasonable

This organization doesn’t understand quality customer service. Unfortunately, with thick headed individuals running the show, it most likely won’t change. We were double charged for a room, and we opened a case in order to get our money back from that room. Said it would take 48 hours and it took 7 days and two return calls by us to get a response. Intern for THEIR error they offered $85 in point to stay at their hotel again (significantly less than the cost of the room). When you make the mistake, just own it and fix it, didn’t even ask for anything for the inconvenience, just my money back….

The most horrible hotel i've ever been in. My husband and I could not even take a shower there. The towels were dirty, the shower was dirty .The carpet was sticky from something that was spilled, need I say more. In other words ,stay away from the Red roof Inn in Anderson Indiana.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR AN UNAUTHORIZED STAY!! SAID I BOOKED THE STAY AND GAVE AUTHORIZATION WHEN I DID NOT. THEY BAIT AND SWITCHED ME WITH THE COST OF THEIR ROOMS AND REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEIR HOTELS ARE ALLLL SUBPAR TOO. SPRINGS IN YOUR BACK WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP, BUGS AND ROACHES CAN BE FOUND IN ROOMS TOO!!!!!!!!! LAST TIME I INFORMED MANAGEMENT OF THE BUGS THEY “UPGRADED MY ROOM FREE OF CHARGE????” THERES CONSTANT POLICE ACTIVITY AT HOTELS, EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGEMENT THAT CALLS AND HARASSES YOU DURING YOUR STAY, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN THE OTHER WAY.EDIT: I have stayed at a number of red roof hotels across the country. From Florida to California. All their hotels are gross, poorly maintained, terrible management. I’ve had better stays at motel 6, that should say it all

Please do yourself a favor. Never, ever book a Red Roof Inn at all costs. Red Roof Inn Oklahoma Airport – I-40 W/Fairgrounds customer service rep asked for a 50$ cash incidental deposit and we didn’t want to withdraw cash. Other hotels didn’t ask for cash. Extremely sketchy! Front office suggested to cancel the booking and get refunded. I was not refunded and property general manager was not available to discuss the refund process.Red Roof Inn St Louis - Florissant was a mess. I booked a non-smoking room and there were cigarette ashes on the floor, no toilet paper, broken shower head, and dirty beddings upon checking the room. We asked for another room, but only offered to cancel the booking. I got the refund. Extremely poor customer service.Lesson learned, not booking Red Roof Inn at all in the future. It doesn’t deserve a star. Totally terrible experience!
