I had an extremely unique property of 10 1/2 acres along with Exotic Car Storage for 30+ cars, and it would require a specific buyer. Market would be very small.
I entrusted Rob with the task of finding me that buyer. While we did have several offers on the property they were not the buyer I was looking for I was looking for somebody that would retain the property for its original intent.
It took us about nine months, but we found that exact buyer. I couldn’t be happier. Rob and his dedicated team did a great job through the whole process keeping me informed, communication was excellent and I thought they represented the property very well.
They knew exactly the client I was looking for,, and hunted tenaciously to find that customer. Rob and the team are highly recommended.

Rob Riddle and his team are hands down the BEST realtor team in all of Ohio! Rob helped us buy a home in Ohio in 2020, and then he sold that same home in 2025 when the company relocated us out of state. From the start, Rob told us what to expect and when. He and his team did such an amazing job listing our home that it was under contract within 12 hours of the listing going live. Beyond the home going under contract, Rob and his team worked dilligently to ensure the closing happened with little to no unexpected chaos.
