Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. We needed both notary and witness of documents. Didn’t realize UPS did both. Our local UPS didn’t have the staffing but recommended the NA location. Everyone we talked to was accommodating and made sure to check the schedule to be sure correct staff would be available to help.

The convenience and staff.
This location was very efficient and they were extremely busy but they got everyone taken care of in a very timely manner. The employee 117605 was very friendly, professional and very thorough. I would definitely do business at this UPS again.

I have never seen such a busy UPS Store. And they do it well. I went in and had almost 10 Amazon returns I’ve accumulated over the last few months. I fully expected an attitude, but was met with professionalism, efficiency and getting me on my way. Good work, New Albany!!

I so appreciate how kind and accommodating everyone is here!! We also love Rufus, and the staff is so kind to my kids. They have coloring supplies for the children, but they are so fast we often don’t have time to stay and color! I just appreciate the thought!
