This is one of them reviews that you as the manager will read, and could of easily avoided if you actually cared one iota about your customers. I say that because in the last 3 days I've called the local brand 23 times. Of those 23 times I've been literally ignored 19 of those times because I kept calling back to back after one of those times I was put on hold while a lady "checked on something", only to have to call back 12 minutes later because nobody came back on the phone, only to have a different person pickup and give me an answer that simply got me off the phone. I am done with US Bank and now I'm making it my mission to tell everyone I know about my experience. In what world is it acceptable to put a hold on a customers payroll check for 10 days? Seriously, tell me! If that isn't bad enough, in what world is it ok to to call customer service and be given 6 different reasons as to why that happened and 7 different phone numbers to call to solve the problem? I'm serious! That is how many reasons, and how many phone numbers I've been given. Not one agent was willing to help me get to the bottom of this and see it through, not one. They must be paying you guys 100k plus a year because it seemed completely acceptable to you guys, not one of you seemed panicked or concerned as to what this is doing to me financially. I get laid once a month in the form of a physical check! Direct deposit is not an option or I would do it, so it's out if my control. At this point you guys can keep the check the full 10 days, even though it's already cleared on my employees end. I promise I may not have the voice to shut you down, but I know plenty of people in our small community, my voice will be heard. I'm disgusted, stressed to the core, late on a few bills and broke, and can't get what I guarantee to be an easy fix if I went to my local chase branch. Too bad everyone at your branch and customer service have their heads too far up their asses to give a damn!

If you go inside, be prepared for a shock. Especially if you're conducting routine business, like deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers, and such. Real live people greet you and escort you to their desks. Crazy, huh?The people are friendly, efficient, and accurate. What else would you want at a bank?My only beef (and why I went inside in the first place, and why the 4-star rating) is that I couldn't operate the drive-thru teller machine because I couldn't reach it from my car. It appears to be optimized for trucks and full-size SUVs. Looking around the neighborhood, that makes sense.Oh, and one other thing. If you're new to this section of New Albany, be advised that the businesses have flat, simple edifices and my be hard to distinguish. And, most of the parking is in the rear, accessible from side streets.****

Very friendly staff members at this branch. I wanted to thank Kaitlin at this branch for helping me with an atm inquiry and for her great customer service.

One of the worst banking experiences that I have ever had.

One of the worst bank branches I've ever been. And definitely one of the worst customer service businesses. The teller (Marium) had no intention to greet anyone or serve anyone without a weird attitude. Not that I care about whether he greets me or gives a smile to anyone, the attitude he had just makes him a bad fit at his job. It took me and the customer ahead of me 30 minutes, for a total of 2 withdrawal transactions. The other teller, Tori, was on the phone (granted it was probably business related) and was on hold the whole time but didn't bother to say or express anything. She was just enjoying the on hold music from her phone the whole time. The location is way understaffed, and ran by incompetent bank tellers.

Slowest bank ever. Sitting in drive thru for over 5 min now, no one has even greeted me. Another customer comes in the drive thru AFTER I did, takes his items before mine. Everytimr I come here, a deposit takes a minimum of 10 to 20 minutes. Not an exaggeration in the least. It has now been almost 10 minutes and I still haven't even been greeted. After about 10min, a gentleman finally told me some of the checks were not reading and they were having to manually key them in.

Tonya is wonderful. She always greets us by name. She treats us like we're Rockefellers, even though we're closer to Sanfords! The staff is very nice and helpful. I was so happy to close my PNC accounts, and US Bank has never, ever made me regret that decision.

My husband and I opened a checking and savings account on 2/6/20. The branch manager Joseph Martin clearly didn't want to take the time to open the account, repeating over and over it will take 45 minutes to open it. Couldn't pronounce my husbands name then mocked his name saying "John, Shawn, whatever it is". We were waiting for cards in the mail and went in to get withdrawals for the 5 days we had our accounts. Joseph locked out my online banking the day we opened the account so I logged into my husbands online account to find they no longer were listed. I called the branch and Joseph said "Our back office closed the account it doesn't say why and a check with the remainder of your accounts funds are being mailed to you." No apologies and no other answers. Worst bank I have ever done business with.
