Worst pharmacy on the planet. I’ve been 3 times today, they have told me it will be 45 more mins every time I have arrived. The people behind the counter just talked to each other while I was waiting in line for 15 mins. Their answering AI is the worst I’ve seen so far. Do not go here.

On hold to speak with pharmacy for 30 minutes and then they picked up line AND hung up line. New customer but obviously that relationship lasted 30 minutes.

Overall poor customer service. Has stickers up for sale prices, when rung up it doesn't discount, so you say something, just from them to say the tag must be wrong. Wait 10 minutes for them to take an item off. Helps two others who were behind me first. Tries to trick non English speaking person to enter phone number to sign up for a credit card. Walked out.

Tried to buy two bottles of wine and was told my ID was fake? Older white guy with glasses said it was expired which 2027 is three years away after i said that he proceeded to tell me that I was underage and it was a false ID then laughed about it with his employees. Rude service took my happy ass to the store around the corner and scanned perfectly fine. GOT MY WINE THOUGH !

Typically my experiences with this pharmacy are not pleasant because the staff is very unfriendly. I understand pharmacies have been overwhelmed and understaffed so I am generally very patient with them however they have still always been very difficult. However recently I have been helped by Wessley and he is very kind, efficient and has great customer service skills!

I have been at this store many times without issue. My Insurance required I use Walgreens for my prescriptions and this one was nearest. One other person was waiting for her Prescription but the pharmacist was on the phone. When she was done she started to do other things & did not acknowledge me. Finally she saw I had some papers so asked if I had prescriptions. I answered yes. She took them & asked for insurance card then said call in a couple days to see if they’re ready & I will pay full price & ask my insurance for a rebate. I asked why, she got indignant and wrote down my insurance info and when I asked her to call me when ready she again sounded put out. When they were finally filled, the insurance wasn’t completed & she tried to charge me instead. This is a rancid location & once my Rx is done I will not use them again.

Prescription was called in on Tuesday morning, when it still wasn’t filled on Thursday I called and after being hung up on several times they said it was in progress and would be done by lunchtime. The next day I went to pick it up they can’t find it and they tell me that it’s a special order, they don’t have it and won’t till next week. They refused to transfer it to our normal pharmacy.

They lost my prescription. Twice.
I had been prescribed a medication that my pharmacy didn’t have. So I had called to transfer to this Walgreens because they stated it was in stock. I waited and waited. Checked my Walgreens account, nothing was populating for my prescription. I go the next day, they don’t have a prescription for me. The last prescription Walgreens had filled for me was in 2023. Ok. Fine. I call my pharmacist and asked if the prescription was sent to this location, she stated that it was. My pharmacist had called them again and gave a verbal transfer of the prescription. Still no prescription.
Also, the different “waiting rooms” while trying to reach the Walgreens is awful. You call get through the automated system and get thrown into the first waiting room with music. Once you’re in the first waiting room for about a minute you get thrown into a second with completely different music. Then a ringing sound comes and another waiting room music. This one is typically the waiting room before the pharmacist actually picks up your call. You wait, the music changes, and you’re back in the middle waiting room.
I am just having my prescription sent to my pharmacy and waiting the extra day for it to be available.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. There have been MULTIPLE instances where I needed to get my prescription and there was not a pharmacist on duty during normal pharmacy hours. They cannot keep it staffed. I don't know why I keep having prescriptions sent here,

I wish I would have read reviews on this store prior to having any prescription filled here. This black woman pharmacist is blantantly rude and does not care to assist customers. Refused to fill my script when asked to rush it; after waiting overnight when she wouldn’t release it to me. She lacks empathy and the ability to communicate. Been a Walgreens customer for 15+ years but will not be returning to this location!

Every time I call or go to pick up my medicine the ladies are always rude and the gentleman are happy to help and answer any questions you may have without an attitude

Pharmacy staff is friendly but severely understaffed and/or lax about speedy customer service. If you are getting a shot even with an appointment expect to be here 45mins to an hour or more.
