“I swear it had to be fate!!I had a bad experience with purchasing an upright freezer from my employer (I paid for stainless steel & they delivered me a white one). Well, it's going in my garage so I absolutely did NOT want white. I had been searching all over for a stainless steel upright & a coworker suggested Rich TV! I went onto their website, found the exact freezer I was looking for & sent a text asking if it was in stock or had to be ordered. I got a message back as soon as they opened saying they had ONE on hand in store!! Turns out, it's actually not one they keep in store, but a previous customer ordered it & was too big!! Delivery was the very next day!! Thank you guys for being awesome!!!”
