I joined and got the promotion a few weeks ago where T-Mobile would pay off my remaining balance of my phone with Verizon. That never happened and Verizon took almost $700 out of my account since T-Mobile did not do their part. They also set me up with the wrong account and just as of yesterday I can finally login to my T-Mobile account. I definitely regret switching to T-Mobile. It’s really nice to be missing almost $700 around the holidays and tax time.

Never have what you want in stocks. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. Never late on payments. They still won't up my credit line. Att was much better .

If you ever have any trouble with your phones go in and see Drake, Eric, or JT. Those gentleman are some of the most hard working men the company must have in their store. They were extremely helpful in a horrible situation, and where willing to help by any means necessary. They truly went above and beyond and have created a customer for life. A representative at the store changed our plan so that we were buying the phones outright rather than turning them in following the lease. He said it was necessary for us to get any deals on a trade-in. Instead, it made trade-ins impossible without spending an additional $1200 to buy out every phone on the plan. Ended up having to switch carriers to get out of the mess that became of our account.

Totally deceptive business. What is promised verbally does not coincide with the fine print. Called customer service, talked to three "representatives". None of which had third grade English skills. Shopping here is not a responsible decision. A decision I regret.
