Very inexperienced! Completely messed our bill up and then would not help by any means…refuse to even look at it when went back in. Went to the Chillicothe store at 1391 North Bridge St. they were very helpful and got the bill straightened up right away without the help of Cassie at Chillicothe Verizon I don’t know what we would have done. So if you need something done with your Verizon, save yourself, go to Chillicothe and talk to Cassie, Jamie, Adam or Bryson they are the best!!!

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars!!!
Absolutely messed our bill up & had no clue how to fix it & gave absolutely NO solution!!
Even went in to the store and asked for help and the employee wouldn’t even try, wouldn’t even look at our account they messed up!!!!
Save yourself and avoid this place!

I have been coming to Kayla in New Boston for all my cellular needs for the past 7 years. I refuse to go anywhere else because she has been SO awesome to me! She always gets me the best deals and takes her time even with my frustrating requests.

The women who helped us was nice. Although, she did not give us the option to have a business account after we talked to her for two hours about our business. I later found out about how much cheaper the business account was. She also added insurance on our devices without asking us, we use apple care and did not need it.

They refused to help me in switching my phone number and accepting the trade in. There excuse was that they are a franchise under Verizon name and products. They referred me to stop in a corporate Verizon Location. That’s contradicción to what the customer service told me on the phone. How can a representative from Verizon told me that I can return the trade in cellphone and that the associates can help me to switch my phone number and when I get to that store the associates says they can’t do that ??? That’s Poor / bad customer service anyway.
