I just replaced five windows with Vinyl Kraft windows. They are crap! It's been two months since the install, and i am extremely disappointed with the quality! My advice to anyone considering purchasing Vinyl Kraft is purchase your windows somewhere else.

The installers came in did their work and were really quick to get the job done. They were super easy to work with and my new windows look amazing! Super excited to have new windows and thankful that they were super easy to work with on everything. Recommend for anyone looking for a good reliable set of windows :).

Never had an issue. I'm an installer. Use them in most of the rental properties I work on. Everyone seems to love them. Nice sturdy windows. (Legacy Replacement)

One of the worst window manufacturers out there. I wouldn’t use this window in a dog house. Both the management and the product that they manufacture is a joke. I would put almost any other window manufacturer before I would even consider this company. Buyer beware you get what you pay for….you’ve been warned!

Absolutely GREAT windows. Beat Andersen Renewal in price, by far, and I see no difference in quality. Wish I'd used Vinyl Kraft for ALL my windows.

I'm a 15 year customer/contractor. I have used Aside, Simonton, Sunrise and many other brands over the years. These windows are constantly well made even though the covid shortages. Some people don't understand everything is in the same boat with extended lead times for custom made products. More options equal more time to get essentially. Only issue at the moment is getting service items.
