So I walk in and it seems to be a family atmosphere. A young lady was using a frother for the first time and put it into a carbonated drink. The ensuing explosion of foam was hilarious, but the reaction of the staff was exactly what you would expect from a small-town coffee shop; encouraging and inspiring, and we all got a good laugh. Now the coffee, I've been there three times, and this is the best place in town for your fancy drink. If you're passing through New Bremen in need of a pick up, this is the place. Dirty Chai: great. Not too sweet and great iced or cold. Latte? Just as good. I'll keep coming back. The atmosphere is great and there's plenty of places to sit. It hasn't taken too long to get a drink served, even with a line. Kudos to the staff!
