“I have never, and possibly will never give this good of a review again. I am so blown away by how awesome it was to work with Gerber. The drop off was seamless, they called me within an hour of getting off the phone with insurance, I dropped the car off, signed a few papers, and looked at the vehicle with Travis. Travis gave me an excellent estimate and a timeframe but clarified he couldn’t say with certainty until they got it in the shop. Later that day I got a call and a text with an update, the repair cost was phenomenal. They then enabled me to pick the car up after hours considering I work over an hour away. Upon arriving I inspected the work done and it was like the damage never even happened, but that’s not the only thing, they had actually cleaned the inside of the car. I was blown away by the professionalism, the work, and the fact that they went above and beyond.”
