Very unprofessional. Ive been getting my prescriptions here my whole life. The most consistent one being my birth control. I have been on the same one for years. They started carrying a different brand and kept giving it to me. The ingredient levels are different, IT IS NOT THE SAME. My insurance covers the original brand I was on. I have several notes and my prescription is sent over with “fill as written” but they can’t seem to get it correct or on time EVER. I have to go on a wild goose chase locating my prescription. Most recently my prescription was filled wrong and when I was changing it they only had one box available, so she switched my typical three boxes to just one for now. My CVS app did not reflect this change and said it will not be filled until September. When I noticed this, I called on July 12th to make sure that information was incorrect and it will be filled on time. The woman I spoke to said that they will have it and fill it on July 20th, which is today. I double checked and said “you will have it and fill it on July 20th, not in September?” and she got snippy with me and confirmed it will be filled today. I received a text this morning saying they do not have it in stock and are unable to fill it. When I called today I was given two choices, get it at a different location or they should have it in tomorrow. I asked her if she could promise it would be there tomorrow and she said “no I can’t promise, it is just when we get our next delivery.” SO WHY DID YOU SAY IT LIKE IT WAS AN OPTION IN THE FIRST PLACE??? I need it within the next few days and you guys have no way of knowing when you will get it, even though I was already told it would be there TODAY. I now have to go to Tipp City to pick up my prescription tomorrow. This is unacceptable and I will be switching pharmacies next time I see my doctor and I think everyone should as well.

Read the reviews. Don't get your meds here! Been a customer here for about two years after my local cvs closed. Had meds on order from my kidney dr. App said total cost was $75. As it's been for the last year. Went to store to pick up. At the window the price was still 75. I had a discount code from the manufacturer. After all, we spend thousands of our income on insurance. So I thought we'd try and save a few bucks. Was told to wait about 10min to see if it was a usable discount. After 10 minutes not only was the discount not available but the price jumped from 75 to over 200 in 10 minutes. Refused to pay that. Pharmacy couldn't or wouldn't explain the price hike. They blamed my insurance and my insurance after a 30 minute call blamed the pharmacy. Bottom line the insurance or the pharmacy couldn't care less about you or your health. Just want your money! ****Update ****** Had meds transferred to kroger and guess what. The price was indeed $75. Cvs pharmacy staff are ridiculously incompetent!!

and suddenly I miss pharmacist David who was at now closed Rite Aid. Picking up my meds for my Upper and Lower GI set Friday for Monday by Doctor due to my intense pain. CVS woman was very cranky on the phone Friday. Picking up Saturday morning, the male pharmacist was complaining to customers that he is short staffed, he is on 3 blood pressure meds, he is hours behind on filling scripts and basically all HIS problems and the heck with the patient customers. So of course he complained when I asked how the colonoscopy bottle should be filled help advise. David at Rite Aid was ALWAYS helpful. If this CVS is short staffed, don't take it out on the patient customers, for WE ARE SICK, WE HAVE PROBLEMS....Hire some staff. but DON'T treat the customers like garbage as you complain how hard your CVS jobs are.....With all the Rite Aids closed, CVS should have no problem hiring enough employees. If all this CVS is going to do is complain about short staffed and treat customers lousy doing so, then I won't be staying with CVS very long...I'm in great pain. My Internal Med Dr Friday scheduled many Monday tests. Things were called into CVS. If CVS is going to act like this is so hard on them, and they are so short staffed, That isn't my fault or my Doctors fault. This Pharmacist told another customer how hard his job is and he can't wait until he retires, WELL MAYBE he should LEAVE NOW and stop telling customers how awful his job is.

I picked some items I needed and had various pay options, plus rewards, and deals . I had a young woman wait on me and she was the store manager( or assistant.). She expertly helped me to get all the discounts etc. with which I have always had trouble with. She was so patient and friendly throughout, and I highly recommend CVS. I got some great deals! She was the best employee/manager I’ve ever encountered there over the years.

Waited from 8 AM to 8:45 to be let in because they couldn’t open the store since only 1 employee was on the floor. I understand but get more reliable people..smh

Sometimes it's a hit or miss. But most times I can get in and out easily with little waiting. Just like any other place, the first and last of the month is crazy for medicine pick up. Some times they are short staffed.

CVS Playing games. Broke a bone, Dr. prescribed norco pain medicine. Called to ask about it and was told there is a National shortage and they haven’t had any in months. Maury… the results are in…That was determined to be a lie! Called across the street to Rite Aid, in stock.Better to go to Mexico to get meds than CVS

The manager I think name Steven. I don’t recall seeing his name badge. He is the one from NY. He is so incredibly rude and aggressive. I do not like him or even going in there because of him.
