Ferrell Gas. 606-464-2416 is refusing service to an 80 year old woman living by herself because a recommendation by a truck driver saying the road is unsafe. The road crew manager went out and inspected it and deemed that was untrue. Lexi is incompetent can not answer basic questions, Anita was to call me back on my office phone, did not left a message on my cell phone right before close, Anita also is incompetent. The company will be getting a call from the county road crew leader tomorrow, clerk of courts has gotten involved and tomorrow the agency for aging will get a call and report elder abuse. She was given no written notice of an issues before today and they refused service of the phone. This company needs to be fined. This will become a legal matter quickly if this is not resolved.

Great customer service, horrible technicians. Several propane suppliers in the area, best to find another company aside from this debacle.

Attempted to call them. They have let my 84 year old mother run out of gas. No one answers the phone and no emergency number. Did get a former employee to call a driver and he said his truck was broken anyway and that they are no longer allowed to come out on unscheduled deliveries. The company is garbage now.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear. Horrible managers, as well as customer service. Absolutely baffled at how they treat customers.

I have been a customer since purchasing my home around 6 months ago. I have had absolutely no prior experience using propane. Friday (01/28/22) i noticed my home was cold. Upon further investigation I had run out of propane. Over the duration of 3 days I contacted the company 5 times which had included the “Emergency Line” clearly in which is non-emergency as I received no communication back. I called Monday to see why I have had no communication from the company in regards to my concern. I was informed there was a payment mishap which kicked me out of my auto fill/payment. However, there was no further payment owed to this company. My concerned mother took it upon herself to contact them today (3 children under the age of 3 at my home without efficient heat) during her conversation she offered payment for an emergency delivery etc. the customer service agent sought approval from the location manager (New Carlisle) in which he said “he was not going to inconvenience a customer who called at a tank level of 30/40% for someone who didn’t”. The customer service agent then informed us “contacting another company to get another tank would most likely be more expedient”. A customer who has no experience with propane usage, was set up on auto pay/fill, has already paid this company $1,000+ with $0 owed is being “punished”? This not only hinders me but 3 small children, my wife and 2 pets with the upcoming inclement weather. It is now (02/01/22) and was told the delivery date would happen between now and February 14th. I am absolutely speechless!!!!

I contacted them to switch from the provider I was using. They made an appointment to deliver a tank and hook it all up. Obviously they wanted the money up front. When the technician arrived, he didn't like the location and wanted it somewhere else. I agreed and then he told me he didn't have the proper tubing to do the installation. I had to make another appointment.New appointment was several weeks later. Technician arrived, unloaded the tank and then told me he didn't have enough tubing. Loaded the tank back up and told me I would have to make another appointment.Third appointment made, again several weeks later. The morning of the appointment, I get a call saying they can't make it out due to an illness.I'm now on my fourth appointment, months after the first one was scheduled. I've had to take three days off work, pay over a $1000 and still don't have a tank hooked up.I don't know what I should do now.
