My go-to spot for low sugar / zero sugar protein shakes. The Pistachio and Payday are my favorite. The Peaches and Cream energy tea with lift-off is also must try! Megan and her staff are always so sweet.

Really great place to workout with amazing staff. The price is not expensive and there's a trainer on site
