Store is usually understaffed. Drive thru rarely open. I called to get pricing on my medications because my insurance drops next month. They would not do a printout of pricing. One of my Prescriptions is over $1000. So how am I to know what to bring? I guess I'm just supposed to take a stab in the dark at how much it's going to cost me?

It's a revolving door for pharmacist! Just when you get comfortable with the pharmacist here comes a new one!! How do you build trust and confidence when it's constantly changing. Rite-Aid does surveys but nothing seems to change!It's been a week since I called the phone number that Rite-Aid gave when they ask what they could do. I called and was told my complaint was being sent to the district manager and that she would call me. I have not heard back from anyone. So what's the purpose of reporting any concerns??? It might just be time to switch to another pharmacy!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a year. In that time I’ve had two prescriptions just “lost” where I had to get my doctor to call them in a second time. The pharmacy is so under staffed that it’ll just randomly close. Don’t bother trying to reach the pharmacy by phone because you’ll never get through unless you call the store and ask them to go get someone for you. The staff are friendly for the most part but they’re just so overworked that they just can’t do their jobs. This place is just a mess. I feel bad for them more than anything. Corporate has failed this location

The people that work in the pharmacy here are subpar at best. I have never had to wait on hold for over 8 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone. I have been lied to directly to my face by the younger guy that works back there. I am on a monthly prescription that I have to have them request from my Dr's office and since being transferred to this pharmacy I have not had a single month without some form of issue.

The store's products are severely Over priced, the store and pharmacy are terribly understaffed, A pharmacist is rarely available causing the pharmacy to close down without warning when medications are needed.

This Rite Aid is one of the worst to fill a prescription. Unfortunately they are the only pharmacy in town. They have had my prescription for 4.5 hours and it still is not filled.
First time I came to get it lady told me about an hour. It is now 2.5 hours later and it still is not filled. Horrible customer service!

I have had three bouts with kidney stones in the past three years, including surgery this year. I had visited three stores in New Lebanon for distilled water, and all the stores, including Rite Aid, were out. As I left the store, the manager called me back and stated they had two gallons behind the counter. She was holding for another customer, but two weeks had passed, and they were still sitting idle. I use the water for nasal drainage and drinking (easier on the kidneys). Thanks! I can breathe much better now.

By far the worst pharmacy location ever. And it's the only pharmacy in New Lebanon that's open past 6 and on weekends. Never have life saving drugs in stock. Pharmacy staff are instructed to give canned answers that don't even fit the situation. Rude pharmacists. Calling corporate does no good.
And stop using COVID as a reason that you're behind. I have never seen them with more than 2 customers in the store or drive through but get this excuse constantly as to why it's taking so long.

I love this Pharmacy and employees. They are respectful and very informative. The pharmacist goes above and beyond explaining things to you in simple terms, and also gives good recommendations. The best pharmacist in town and very knowledgeable and professional. Rite Aid is blessed to have someone with great ethics ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Polite and friendly team, drive through moves fast. My prescriptions are always ready when I get there. Clean store and cheerful pharmacy crew. I usually cry when I get shots but the pharmacist Dr. O. Kingsley has a way to make one go through it with ease.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. The pharmacist is friendly and always willing to answer any questions. He is thorough in his explanations and goes the extra mile. The other store associates are helpful when it comes to locating products. I highly recommend this pharmacy in town for all your "pharmacy" needs.

?This is THE WORST PHARMACY I've ever been to! They don't even start to fill a "called in" prescription until you call to ask if it's ready, then it ALWAYS takes them 1 to 3 hours (1 hour MINIMUM) to fill it. When you do call to ask about the status of your Rx they usually talk to you like you're bothering them, & how dare you question why it's going to take 2-3 hours to fill 2 prescriptions that are both pre-packaged?... THEN you get a text saying that one of your Rx isn't even In-stock, & somehow it STILL takes 3 hours to fill your 1 pre-packaged Rx!?!It's especially irritating because Reeds could fill 6 prescriptions in 5 to 8 minutes. I miss Reeds!?!

We received our covid vaccine first dose at this pharmacy. The experience is incredibly awesome and Mr.Kingsley Orock , the pharmacy leader at this place was very very helpful and made the experience easy for my parents who are 60+ and nervous. And the process of the vaccination and paper work submission was made very well and quick and we hardly had any wait. I would recommend in a heartbeat to this pharmacy for anyone who would want to get vaccines. The drive here was 1hr for me but Mr. Kingsley made my drive not go waste and me and my parents all of us got vaccinated in one trip. God bless Kingsley and his family for making it all worthwhile for us.

I love this pharmacy and was shocked to read recent reviews saying the pharmacy staff is rude. Several years ago, I had a few experiences with the female pharmacist being a little...short with me. However, her attitude has changed so much and she is now very pleasant. The male pharmacist from Africa couldn't be nicer than he is. He greets me by my first name as soon as he sees me, makes sure every year I'm current on my vaccinations, and patiently and kindly answers any questions I have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store and pharmacy to friends.
