Amber G. Was the rudest person I have ever met in a CVS. Told me I don't offer receipts for UPS drop off. Her nails were so long she was afraid of breaking them . No smile. I told her have a nice day and she walked away. I won't be back to that CVS ever again. Hire new staff that want to work and help people. This amber apperantly doesn't like her job or people. Thank you.

A girl named Hailey with beautiful long hair was very helpful, fast, & friendly. She did a excellent job explaining everything to me. It was a very pleasant experience. Hailey deserves a raise, because she is absolutely lovely! 😘

I was not yet old enough to have Medicare, and I did not have insurance coverage. I used Teledoc and they called a prescription in for me. I was really worried about what the cost would be, but I had to have the meds no matter what. The lady at the register asked the pharmacist about a discount code and the cashier applied it, and saved me some money. I wasn't aware of any discount codes and I didn't ask for it, they just did it. I was so grateful. I really appreciate it. I wish I could recall their names. This was about a year ago.

Honestly it would be better to just use the Krogers across the street or something. This pharmacy is ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING. So far it's been prenatal chewables, Vitamin D drops for newborns, ALWAYS Nystatin, the medicine I do pick up, it's always in a different bottle than how I am used to receiving it (like they just grabbed whatever was available over the counter) don't count on them to do anything in a proper amount of time. Don't expect to be able to reach anybody the first time you call. A lot of the people working here appear to be very confused like it's their first day ever on the job, every day. Even when I've gone in to the store for basics they don't have what I need in stock. The few people who do their job properly here are holding this place together by a thread

THIS PHARMACY IS THE BEST place to get prescriptions filled if you want attention to detail & a personal approach for your needs. Troy is a GREAT pharmacist, & the techs are FANTASTIC! Becky will be GREATLY missed by customers & co-workers!!
Although, on the store end they definitely need some guidance. Since recent management changes it is just not the same, the shelves are often lacking, & staff is rarely seen unless trying to fill empty spots on the shelves.

My brother and I went in this store to grab things for my grandfather. Mind you, I'm 39 weeks pregnant and really struggle with dizzy spells so I really was struggling to make it through the store. We went up to the counter, and the manager of the store was so rude. We had my grandpa's Aetna card, and when I told her we were using it, she was even more rude with me. I was very out of breath and sick so, honestly I didn't feel it was worth the fight. My 85 year old grandpa did though, he went back in to let her know that she was rude and that it was completely unnecessary to treat people like that. Do better CVS. That's just sad.

Tech Laura is always kind and courteous. Tonight I picked up some atb for my 4 year old daughter as she has an ear infection, upon opening the medication, there was a bug swimming around in the medication in the bottle. We called the pharmacy to make them aware and the lady on the phone (not Laura) was very rude. Maybe she was just shocked and never ran into this problem, well neither have we and we were not rude towards her. lol they did replace the medication with no problems, I just think we could’ve done without the attitude over the phone. It’s not like it was our fault ?

Well went thru their at cvs to pick my wife prescription and guess like to push vaccines on people. When said my wife is not with me and asked me about pneumonia vaccine not once but 3 times for her .If she was wanting it she would get it .Not very professional at all .

The lady behind the counter at CBS new Lexington Pharmacy had a attitude because we came in to pick up my sick sons medication.. very rude and complained as she walked out the door.

This location is the worst CVS I have ever been to. Have been waiting for almost 2 hours for 3 pretty basic prescriptions that they said would be ready 45 minutes ago. Have sat through their drive thru twice just to be told that they still weren't ready.

I am not a fan of this location. Since I am a snowbird, I only use it in the summers. I am wondering if it is under new management, as there is a big improvement since last summer of 2017. I like the way I am acknowledged when I enter the store. I would like to share my experience that I had with ONE employee, who was a star amongst the others. Abby from the pharmacy came out to the floor, took her time and explained the different glucose meters to me. She was honest and made sure that I understood, since I was confused with all the different items. She is an asset to this location.
