Very poor customer service. I’ve worked at a high rated Kroger store in the meat department for years.
I asked the meat cutter to cut me 3 top sirloin steaks. Simple task . There was none in the cooler. He told me “ sorry we can’t “ . If I were to say that to a customer at my store I would get my but ripped by the dep head . Very poor meat selection!

Stop watering the plants incorrectly. This is bs that you guys have people who can't even follow simple instructions that then cause root rot. I bought a few plants there got home then quickly realized they were and had been improperly managed and are dying from rot. This is not ok. Well over 70 dollars for a few plants for them to die then refuse return because I didn't have the receipt.

Shopping at this Kroger is very frustrating! There is always empty shelves. Not sure if that is due to the lack of employees, laziness of the employees, poor management or all the above! Living in a rural area there is a limit to available grocery stores so I am stuck shopping here and getting only what is available. Be prepared to not get all your items you have on your list.

Always a good trip when I go to Kroger. They put on deals with Dr Pepper, and Pepsi, which always helps me and my mom, because we like soda. I also get my yogurt there because they carry Yoplait... Also, another big reason I shop at Kroger alot, is because I am there picking up prescriptions for myself and those of a close family friend, regularly. So I can be in Kroger just to grab prescriptions at least twice a month. Sometimes more, depending if I am in need of something or if they are running a good deal on Pepsi or Dr Pepper.

I work for Kroger Hill Rd pickerington and was in New Lexington store meet nice little lady on lane 8 and I did a act of kindness and got her groceries for her today.

Great place, with great staff!! Brooklyn & Sophia are such great employees always willing to assist, always working hard, and always with a smile on their faces...
Meat selection is limited as well as bread. Seems they don't order enough products to fill shelves. Otherwise GREAT PLACE to shop. Pharmacy is give or take, CVS is a much better choice if you want close attention to detail. They are just a quick in & out pharmacy no, personal attention.

I love when I have to use the self checkout because they don’t have enough cashiers working and while I’m checking out my groceries I have an employee standing over me the whole time breathing down my neck asking me if I need help or acting like I’m about to steal and then got mad when I put 2 different colored peppers as one color “because it messes up inventory”. How about instead of micro managing me on how IM checking out MY groceries you should do your job and check them out yourself because I’m not the one who works here. Why would I understand how your system works? If you don’t trust customers to use your system correctly maybe you should have your employees actually check our groceries out for us instead of standing there harrassing people.

Staff is friendly. Sales items are great. 4 stars just cause some of there stuff is over priced. Good place over all.
