“BarBelles is a wonderful place! I recently started working back in town again, and I had been wanting to start getting healthier. I was not a fan of other gyms, they scared me, and I wanted a more personal experience. I also wanted a women's only gym. By Divine intervention, I ran into Erin. I have known the owner, Erin, for over 20 years. You will never find someone more helpful, positive, full of life, kind, supportive, fun, and just an all-around good person like Erin. I joined BarBelles, and I just love this gym! It is perfect for me! I feel safe and welcome. The environment is beautiful, clean, and fun. Erin has loads of equipment, and her new space in New Middletown is even better and more spacious. I love all the women there and enjoy the conversations we have while we work out during Erin's scheduled classes for strength training. I am getting in a great workout, making new friends, getting better sleep and I feel like I am taking better care of myself. I go to the classes, but I also joined as a member so I can go to the gym anytime, 24/7! I highly recommend this gym to all women who want to get some exercise and make new friends in a supportive environment!”

“I started going to the train station a few months back to prepare for the Pittsburgh marathon and I can full heartedly say you won’t find a gym like it. Not only are the coaches extremely knowledgeable and caring but also know how to motivate. The environment is the best extremely welcoming and the other members are like a big family. I’ve also been working with them for nutrition and since doing so I’ve noticed such a difference in performance along with losing a good bit of weight in the process. All around amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone.”

“Our daughter is currently doing speed & agility lessons/classes here to be able to get to those bases much quicker. We've been very impressed thus far. Tim, the owner is the perfect positive coach and keeps it fun yet challenging. These classes have such a wide variety of ages, it's never too late to start. Our daughter s 13 and I'd say she is right smack in the middle age wise. There are younger kids and college kids, every level of skill, yet they all participate in the same class to help reach their goals.”

“Ohio Glaciers has been a great experience. In the off-season the dome provides consistent indoor training schedule for your team twice a week. When you have a wet spring, it’s also an advantage to get reps in the dome while other travel ball clubs may not have the facilities to do so. Well run organization from the top down. I highly recommend the Glaciers if you’re considering playing travel ball.”

“This was a rare gem in the middle of farm country. It was two indoor softball fields. With a large deck on for spectators to watch. The tournament we attended was well organized and ran very smoothly.Also, this is only about a 10 minute drive from restaurants and fast food places. Being just outside of New Castle, you can drive into New Castle to get good food, gas, snacks, etc.However, the venue would ask you to purchase food and drinks from them and have signs posted that you are not supposed to bring outside food and drinks in.The concession stand has sandwiches, hot dogs, pepperoni rolls, pop/soda, Gatorade, chips and candy. Prices are very very reasonable! (I was afraid they would be expensive, but it really wasn't).”
