I rented a car from Enterprise and thankfully purchased roadside assistance insurance. I was visiting my family in Urichsville, when I got a flat tire. AAA called me with updates about the process and never left me hanging. The name of the person who changed my was Mike. I hope AAA knows he did an excellent job, and that he knows how thankful I am for his assistance!

I don't understand why AAA doesn't function in this area. I've never had an issue in Canton or Columbus or out of state, but within 20 miles of new Philadelphia it's not worth the frustration

I've been waiting on a tow truck 3 going on 4 hours and im not getting any answers. It's 19°... come on now. I'm literally broke down 5 minutes from home.

They do a free Christmas display every year. I can remember going there as a child now we try to take are kids there every year. Enjoying, relaxing and a very nice display that's close to home.

Never came!!!? The dispatcher even gave me the name of the tow company and a time they would be there. 2 and a 1/2 hours later no one. No calls or texts from them either

Very clean. Very professional. Very nice ladies. Make you feel welcomed and that you matter. They are very strict and clean with covid 19 rules. They supply a mask at the front door befor you enter the 2nd row of doors. They wear gloves and have window shields up in between you and the teller. Air conditioned. Clean parking lot. Nice area.
