The manager is lovely women. She helps in everyday. Great store, clean, well organized. Great service here. In and out due to knowledgeable employees. The selection of various products was pretty good. 5 stars. Advanced Auto had the best pricing locally to get the pads, rotors, and Caliper needed to get the car moving again right away. One rotor was out of stock but they could have it in a couple hours from another store and came through on that. Excellent experience with AAP in New Philly. Everything fit just right as CSRs explained. Prices beat everyone else’s. Amazing service, employees are knowledgeable and took the time to help solve problems under the hood. Will give more than 5 stars.
Helpful staff. Needed a new battery. Core charge is 22. Is that less then everyone else?

Some are good and the One in Mansfield the girl their is more interested in what's going on with other people hard to get the right thing had to go back twice. Sad

Helpful staff, convenient location, only rating a 4 because they don't seem to stock as much as other stores. Frequently go to the other local store (Dover) after visiting this one, due to lack of inventory.
