All I have to say is, take less time trying to sell additional items to your customer when they are in the store and sign them up for plans they came in to sign up for. I’ve been a cricket customer for going on 7 years and all I wanted to do was add 2 more lines to my service. Got an unexpected bill of $160 when my monthly bill (that I signed up for and confirmed with the lady who runs the store) should have been 4 lines for $100 plus tax. Maybe instead of trying to sell me accessories and speakers and ear buds on top of the phones I was already purchasing then this wouldn’t have happened. LISTEN AND CONFIRM WITH YOUR CUSTOMER DON’T TRY AND UPSALE ALL THE TIME. Not very pleased right now with this company.

Amazing store is clean the dudes in there really know there stuff. I went in there to get service and they got me 30$ off my bill a month! (I loooooooove it!!)

All I can say is WOW! We were shopping at Aldi and just happened to see the OPEN sign! Stopped in, switched from Boost Mobile. It was quick, painless, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Glad we stopped in and are part of the Cricket Family!
