About Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio has been serving the Northeast Ohio community for over 100 years. The organization's network of 23 stores supports a wide range of community services and outreach programs, including employment initiatives for people with disabilities, family strengthening services, and rape crisis programs. While some customers express concerns about the pricing of donated items, others appreciate the opportunity to find affordable, gently used clothing and household goods. The stores offer a diverse selection, with customers often able to score great deals on clothing, furniture, and other merchandise. However, the stores can sometimes be chaotic, with reports of children playing unsupervised and even adults sleeping on the furniture. Despite these occasional challenges, Goodwill remains a valuable resource for the local community, providing both affordable shopping options and vital support services.
Same as most, new manager seems to be trying to class it up. Shoes are now centrally located instead of placed on top of clothes racks. Less toy clutter and mayhem. More name brand, less holey tshirts.

I find it odd that so many items are being priced at. $6.66. Is it done as a joke or intentional? Over the past few years they have gotten more expensive than new items but their choice of 666 is why I won't be back

Had a nice time in the Goodwill found a lot of stuff that I could use even though I don't think it's right to pay outrageous prices for something they get for free it's better than painful price for buying it brand new so I'm thankful for that thanks Goodwill
