The hotel was very nice! We stayed there for a family wedding. They handed out our welcome gift bags and water for guests. They also got donuts for us to have Sunday morning (we paid them to do this). The donuts were great! We didn’t even ask for a sign and they added an adorable sign to go with them. A nice touch for our wedding group departure. The staff was nice and accommodating. It was close to a Walmart, Starbucks, Menards, Texas Roadhouse and Taco Bell.

Location is very convenient. Located right off of 77 and plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. All of which are within walking distance if you so choose. Restraunts vary from a quick bite through the drive through, to several sit down and relax establishments. Menards, and Wal Mart are within walking distance as well.

It's ok. The owner needs to spend some money on updates. Fire department violations posted on the front door for fire alarm system. Rooms have been updated but the rest of the property needs some work.

Great location, lots of food and shopping options around. Rooms are fairly spacious. Check in was simple. Parking is a little awkward considering the actual hotel parking is minimal but there is a huge plaza parking lot as a parking option also.

Room was great. Clean and well updated.
Breakfast was to be from 6am to 10am. We got to breakfast at 9:20 to find the hot items of ham, omelets and potatoes empty. We asked the staff to refill those items and were told that they were not allowed to refill anything after 9:15. Coffee was removed at 9:30 from the dining room. We made waffles for ourselves and left to go check out by 11:00.
When checking out, we told the desk person about breakfast and he confirmed what we were told about no refills after 9:15 so we asked for the manager. She denied any such thing had been told to the staff and it was not acceptable. She said she couldn’t comp anything for our bad experience but would credit my “HiltonHonors” account with 20,000 points. It’s been two weeks since we were there and we have not heard nor seen any action from her. We are very unhappy with this Hampton Inn and continue to wait on our points!
