Avoid at all costs!! Unbelievable construction noise directly above occupied rooms and very dirty all around. We found used plastic silverware on the floor upon check in and old food rubbed into the carpet. Our wall also had a dead bug stuck to it. Recommend looking anywhere else to book.

The hotel is under renovation, and extremely loud. I’ve found hairs all over the bathroom and other people’s food in the carpet.Disgusting rooms, dirty breakfast buffet.Staff was not helpful when we asked about the constant construction. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere clean. Are the owners too cheap to close for construction?

Hotel is quiet and comfortable but the room seemed a bit dated compared to other Holiday Inn Express and Suites properties we’ve stayed at the past couple years. It was a bit pricey (~$189 a night, July 2023) but it is in a convenient location for travel purposes and the staff were very nice to interact with.

Stayed 3 nights while visiting Amish Country. The room was slightly small, but still comfortable. The chair seat and ottoman were worn. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The price was great, especially compared to hotels in the nearby Amish country towns of Millersburg, Sugarcreek, Walnut Creek and Berlin.Nearby activities: Amish Country attractions are within 15 minutes

Mediocre room at best and not worth the inflated price tag. The room was clean, but was rather dated and could use some modern updates. The lounge chair/footrest were downright beat to hell and needed thrown away. The outer privacy curtains couldn't be pulled closed or they would cover up the AC unit and prevent it from blowing. The AC did an okay job of cooling the room--it was mid 80's outside. I left my phone charger at home and with no USB jacks anywhere to plug a cord into, I was stuck charging my phone in my vehicle. No ventilation fan in the bathroom which made for a steamy bathroom after a shower. The walls seemed thin as well--you could hear everyone that walked by in the hallway as well as neighboring rooms. For the high price I expect a first class, high-quality room with modern amenities. I've stayed in much better Holiday Inn Expresses for far less money (Ripley, WV was amazing). A bit of a surprise was the better than expected courtesy breakfast. It was the standard fare you'd get anywhere, but it was cooked perfectly and they did not let it run out. For that I was willing to overlook the toilet that was still running when I left the room.

Breakfast at this location is great. The lady doing the breakfast was very pleasant and made sure everything was always filled and ready to go. My father even asked for decade coffee and she went and made it right away. I would return.

This is a quiet, clean, and peaceful hotel. The front desk staff is very kind, and the breakfast was nice and hot with a lot of options. The pancake machine was a hit with my nephew :) The pool is clean, the beds are comfortable, and they have very good water pressure.Walkability: There's a lot to do within walking distance. They've got a lot of food options, a gas station, plus a grocery store relatively close.

I want to thank Sean/Shawn at the front desk so much for the great service and help. We had a slight medical emergency during our stay and he was so helpful in guiding us where we needed to go. He was so courteous and asked how we were doing every day after the incident. I hope he is there on our next stay. He deserves a raise.

Booked 6 rooms for a golf outing. Hotel is very clean and pretty updated. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Beds are comfortable. Coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave are also in the room. Great water pressure in the shower.Breakfast was spot on with many choices hot or cold. Items were always well stocked. Above average coffee.Did not swim but a nice pool, great for kids.Like I said we stayed for a golf weekend and would not hesitate to stay here again. Very good prices on the golf packages. Ask for Julie, she is awesome to work with.

The hotel itself is "non smoking", but both nights we stayed we smelled Marijuana in the halls, the elevator, and even through the walls. We called the front desk and were told they would call the police to check it out, but nothing was done and the pot smell worsened. My husband has COPD, and neither of us wanted to spend over $100.00 a night to smell that. The fact that management did not enforce it, was ridiculous and unfair.Safety: There were alot of sketchy people walking around outside at all times.Noteworthy details: If you want "non smoking", do not stay here

I am not one to complain about hotels for the simple reason I go there to take my son swimming and that's all. Last Saturday I spent $192 on a room. Check in time was 3pm so we checked in shortly after that. We went to the pool almost immediately after where they was having a birthday party for a little girl. The hour we were there swimming was great! They had the pool heated, the water sprinklers on, the dump buckets all the things that made the pool very fun for my son. When the pool party was over around 4ish the hotel attendent came in and shut it off. I asked her if she could turn it back on since the reason we chose this hotel was for my son to go swimming. Her reply was that it needed to be off because it gets so hot in there the humidity sets the fire alarm off. I understood and asked what time she would be able to turn it back on and she said 8 or 830. This was around 4. We swam for awhile with all the pool stuff off and decided to go back to the room and order pizza. Around 7ish we went back to the pool but I had asked if they could turn the pool stuff back on and she said no not for a little while longer. When we got into the pool around 7ish the pool was so cold my son and I could barley swim it was so cold. Other people had joined us and we had chit chatted about it being to cold for us adults but also the kiddos that were swimming had their lips turning blue and shivering. About this time it was the 4th time I had asked them to turn it back on and it was 830. The lady rudly told me she had been to busy and forgotten but she will turn it backok. I thanked her and walked back to the pool. 5min later she came in and said no she can not turn the pool toys on. The next morning I had called down about 9am and asked if she could turn the pool toys on I wanted to take my son swimming before check out. The hour we had swam from 9am to 10am was warm and fun untill another hotel lady came in and shut it off amd saying the same reason about the fire alarm system going off. She said in about 30 min she could turn it back on and I explained to her wat had happened the day before and she said nothing about it. This is the worst hotel I have ever taken my son to and for $192 for 1 night I will NEVER EVER go back there nor will I EVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

This holiday Inn express is located right off of interstate 77 (Philadelphia OH) There is 4-5 different restaurants also Sheetz gas station is across the street So it’s in a great location. This was my first time staying at this Holiday Inn express. I showed up around 11 PM at night. They were able to get me a room. They have plenty of roomfor parking. I had a pick up truck with a trailer there’s plenty of room for semi‘s and such. The room very very clean. I always check the corners of the mattresses and other places for bedbugs!! No bed bugs here!!The bathroom was VERY CLEAN!!The carpet and tile floor was very clean. The curtains very clean.Overall I couldn’t ask for more!! I always go and read people reviews so I try to be detailed as I can. I try to help others the most that I can hope this helps.!!

The desk, desk chair (was worn out and flaking, looked like something you would see for $5 at a garage sale), tv stand/dresser, etc. had not been updated in some time. Roo lights weren't bright so made the room look darker and dingier. Lobby did not have an open feel and was the older style with no remodel. None of the updates you would see in newer holiday inn express. Front desk was friendly and quick.

Very accommodating front desk. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful at keeping everything stocked despite having 4 weddings the weekend we were there. I would definitely stay here again.
