The selection for clothing, purses, and shoes has, according to some, gone downhill, but the store remains a decent option in a pinch. Prices are decent, especially with coupons. The store is pretty clean with nicer restrooms. The sales personnel and cashiers are consistently described as pleasant, helpful, friendly, and outstanding, with lines that move fast even when busy. While some note a decline from when it first arrived, others love the store and its small Sephora. The heart of the company is Kohl's Cares, focused on making communities happier, healthier, and greener places.

The associate in the Sephora section at Kohls was the most helpful and patient person. She answered all the questions my two daughters had and helped them sort through the various products. She also took the time to assist my Mom with some questions as well. Very pleasant shopping experience because of her.
