Friends held a surprise birthday party for me today at the tea Room complete with courses of little sandwiches and desserts and drinks and the hostess is absolutely a great person would highly recommend to anybody.

Magnolia Manor hosted my mom's birthday party. We had formal sit down tea. Everything from the planning to completion was fun and perfectly executed. Food and tea was amazing. Highly recommend!

Went to Christmas Homes Tour yesterday & this was indeed one of the most beautiful! I definitely want to come to lunch or tea here in the near future!!!
