Cortney was an incredible proctor. She explained everything thoroughly and was very kind. She also wasn’t afraid to just chat a little and be social in general, which was nice considering for some, becoming certified can be a daunting experience. Cortney made the experience comfortable and enjoyable, while still giving you everything you needed to know and preparing you for cpr and basic first aid.

It was such a great experience all around. So easy to find something that fit my needs as a healthcare provider. Courtney is such a professional and gave me a great experience. I've had many classes throughout my career, and this was by far the best I've experienced. She is knowledgeable, gives great examples, time for questions, great tips for a better experience. Courtney was great, she made sure I was comfortable with each part of my BLS class. She also made sure I understood everything. I love the one on one, it makes it much more comfortable to ask questions. Courtney was phenomenal, I will be back to renew my certification!
