I had some major problems with my car’s suspension that needed to be fixed as soon as possible, so I got a quote from a chain store and also from Ken to compare. The chain store was definitely just trying to “make a sale”. They came in super high, over half of what my car is even worth. At this point, I was deciding if I should just try to sell my car for scrap and get a new car all together. That was before I spoke to Ken, who gave me an honest and fair price, and also a much more realistic assessment of my car’s problems than the chain store did, which made me feel more comfortable proceeding with the repair. After he did the repair work on my car, it felt brand new. Ken is trustworthy and fair, which is why I will never take my car to a chain ever again. 100/100 would recommend Ken’s Auto Solutions to anyone.
