Love all the products. The internet shopping site needs some help. It won’t let you pick colors say on gloves. Could also benefit knowing what colors are in stock. If you have a brick and mortar store in new Richmond I’d love to come shop.

I bought a beautiful Grey neck warmer. It is well made, high quality & so soft. The price was very reasonable for such quality. I absolutely love it & will definitely be purchasing more items from them. I met Lori & she was so nice to talk to. Greatly appreciate good customer service.

Nice place has a lot of potential. The shops nice But a little pricey. Couple complaints our family showed up it was only about 230. the lady that runs the place told us that if we had been there for 10 minutes that we need to leave the animals are getting antsy. I get it but she could have been a little bit nicer about it I think she was the one getting antsy. All in all decent place the staff indoor and outdoor very friendly the one that runs it needs to work on her attitude a little bit And maybe handled the situation a little better maybe smaller groups?

The web site said they were open and on the day we went ,an open animal walk through. We got there and it was closed. No one around. I tried to call but no answer. My daughter was heart ? she spent the whole day reading a book about alpacas.

At the Mariemont Craft fair I visited the Alpaca farm booth. The products were lovely!!!!! I looked around and asked the woman owner about their sweaters as my daughters were allergic to wool. She responded saying alpaca wool was non allergic to people w wool issues. I listened to her and both two beautiful sweaters for 277.00 as Christmas gifts. But I couldn't wait and gave my daughter a sweater. She put it on but had to take it off because of the itching. called the alpaca Farm and was told she would work with me. Well BUYER BEWARE-- NO RETURNS. I could exchange for other alpaca products. 277.00$ worth (all Itchty). When I mentioned the wool was itchy I was told 'usually, maybe not, could be etc. I try to be open and trust the owners to be honest when I asked and I should have checked the return policy. Fool me once they should be ashamed -- fool me twice I should be ashamed. ANY ALLERGIES BEWARE- regardless of what the owners say..!!!!!!.
