Said my package of live plants was delivered to my address and wasn't there, or on any of my neighbor's porches. Very unhappy but they went to great lengths to tell me where it WAS dropped off so I could find it. Go in person with any issues and the sweet lady at the counter can help with just about anything

The driver never wants to get out and put my packages on my porch. I was home all day and they never even stopped just said attempted to deliver packages but ran into an issue. Didn't leave a slip or anything. It's ridiculous. The ups drivers and fed ex driver's never have this issue do so why does the mail service?

They wanna say that something is arriving today in the mail and then it doesn't arrive and they wanna say that it hasn't even arrived at their office. And that I'm lying and they never told us its arriving. With major atitude at that. So now I have a stolen package that arrived to them but they no longer have to in their possession because they claim the didnt get it even tho the tracking number led straight to them
