“1st time visits to establish 2 new patients! Reggie my dog is CraCra at a vet visit BUT Dr. Meyer took her time with him on the ground where he instantly fell for her & parked his butt right in her lap!!! All staff was wonderful & caring & we just found our new veterinarian office!!! Love this place!”

“When I dropped my baby off for surgery the staff noticed how upset I was leaving him. He has never been away from home overnight. A few hours later I got a text from a technician acting like it was from my dog saying everything is going great. I am calm and ready for surgery. The girls here are showing me all kinds of love. That just meant the world to me. I didn't realize my dog could text. LOL. He is doing great. Thank You so much.”
“Great experience at Heineke Vet Hospital. Our dog is extremely sensitive when it comes to his nails. All of our previous vets ignored us and ended up hurting themselves and our dog. At Heineke they listened and everything went smoothly. We will definitely go here from now on.”
“A wonderful veterinarian clinic. As prior clients we were able to schedule an emergency vet visit on a Sunday afternoon. Dr Liming was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about treating my pet. Price on services was expected.”
“For starters, veryone was very friendly and nice! I did not feel rushed. They took great care in creating a low-stress environment for my rabbit. They got down on his level rather than holding him on a tall counter for exam. I could see immediately that he was much less anxious being able to roam around and sniff. Plus, it eliminates the possibility of an accidental fall. They also have more than one exotic doctor on staff. I was very excited to get an appointment the next day! I struggled to find any place to see him so quickly. Outside of emergency care, I was receiving appointment dates at minimum, one week out. Illness in rabbits must be addressed very quickly to avoid disaster, especially when it comes to their delicate respiratory system.
They have earned my trust and business for life! I feel good knowing my bunnies, current and future, are getting the best care possible. I highly recommend them!

“The most patient and pleasant facility I’ve encountered when it comes to my cat and my questions and concerns. Well priced and all around wonderful care. I have 3 cats and I would trust them any time. I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk when we came in but she was so sweet and understanding. I’ve lived all around the US and over the years have paid SO much money for my animals to get brushed off at some clinics (obviously this is not a full serviced vet clinic) but I wish they were. They are truly WONDERFUL.”
“Dr. Hayes saw Milo for pancreatitis. She was very calming and did all the necessary testing and reassured us pending blood work results. Took time to address our questions and explained her thinking and plan for the big guy. Appreciate being fit in for a same day acute sick visit. Even Milo seemed to appreciate this clinic visit at least on the way out. Have been going here for years for his regular checkups.”

“The BEST place to take your pet for veterinary care! Compassionate, judgement free, incredibly knowledgeable, always friendly! Truly treat your pets like the family they are. I have never felt so comfortable, and our dogs and cats felt comfortable as well (one of our dogs has anxiety and they made her feel at ease right away!)
