They also do machining for engine components, I dropped my block and heads off for my mustang on a Monday and they already had it done by Wednesday!Very kind and helpful people who are super knowledgeable! Ken and his wife Pat are the kind of people we call “the salt of the earth” who have gone above and beyond for us many, many times over the years. Ken is a top-notch mechanic who never overcharges, always gives an honest estimate and is 100 percent honest and conscientious. We have come to think of them as family. The shop is very unassuming looking, but don’t let that discourage you from using them for all your mechanic needs-they pass any savings they might have spent on decor on to their customers in the form of very reasonable prices. And if something doesn’t go as planned (rare), Ken will make it right. “I have to say this is one of the most honest and trusted mechanic shops I've heard of. The word of mouth makes it difficult to get in here so be sure to get on the schedule. I actually overheard the owner telling customer Keep your money it was just a small job and you can get me on next repair. So many stories of the owner being far less than other shops and shops actually sending their own customers here to get a car fixed they couldn't figure out. Very trust worthy shop off the beaten path but 2 minutes from downtown. I don't even thing they advertise but lot is always full and customers in and out whoever I've been there.”

“I brought my car in on a doughnut in the morning, needing to drive it by noon to get to an interview, so they put a donor tire on to get me where I needed safely and ordered a new tire and put it on same day. They did not charge for the donor tire and replaced my stripped lug nut free of charge, above and beyond service!!”
“I'm sorry but who ever Ohio Contractor is, they are a liar. I know Luke personally and he is definitely not a "meth head tweaker". He is a good person. AND I know for sure he isn't a joke! he takes his job very seriously. the only reason that prices will be changed is because he obviously found something else wrong with the car and he fixed while he was doing what ever you needed done. He isn't childish at all by the way.”

“My car recently stopped accelerating past 10mph and would jerk aggressively back and forth if I tried to drive. I have never had to see a mechanic in my life. I called Eric’s auto because they had great reviews! I was extremely worried about my car and what the cost would be to have my it fixed. I called and a wonderful lady answered the phone and let me get my car towed to them, where it sat over the weekend because they were closed. Monday morning she called me with what was going on and broke down the pricing for me. She even took the extra time to answer all of my questions! They fixed my car promptly the same day. I was so thrilled with this experience. They really helped ease my stress and get my van back up and running safely. I highly recommend them! Not only are they fast, caring and professional, their prices are fair too!”
